The doctor did everything on his hand to help me, he woud listen every request I had and fought with me to the end. In any other hospital or clinic I would have had a C-section for sure. There were plenty of reasons any doctor would have taken as an excuse for a C-section which would mean finishing earlier, so he could have gone home to rest earlier after a long day (he had 3 deliveries that day), and with a long day of consultations ahead. Also, a C-section is more profitable, he would have earned money. But he heard my voice and request and he was there, fighting and giving everything. What a generous doctor. What a generous team. Having birth there was incredible! I was able to have a normal deliver thanks to him. It was an spiritual moment. Will never forget that.

I will never advise anyone to go to this clinic. I have so many questions unanswered till date for my baby birth. During ultrasound, in week 39 my baby's weight dropped by 150g. I was never explained the reason despite getting checked 2days in a week. The doctor said it is some technical glitch either the weight now is incorrect or previous weight was incorrect. This is still a mystery to me what made my baby's weight low . What was the use of frequent check ups if they cannot keep their machines error free. I was not told any exercises for natural delivery. I was too naive as it is was first delivery so they just made sure to fool me rather than support me. My blood pressure was fluctuating between 120 and 140 in week 38. I was not given any medicine to control my BP. And since I was not dilated the doctor did not try anything for natural delivery. I was not induced at all. They just did c section like ask me to come tomorrow for c sec. Then my appointment was at 9am for delivery I was kept hungry(necessity of csec operation) until 2pm for the operation as doctor had another commitment and could not operate me 9am. Hospital has made my whole delivery operation pathetic. The food and nurses are amazing there but that's not primarily important things when you plan to bring life to the world.

First, my Japanese boyfriend was told by phone (without data comparison!), "You have a serious problem, your girlfriend might have cancer" My bf called me nervously and didn't know how to tell me. I realized that something wasn't right. He told me what this clinic had told him. It seemed absurd to me since I had no health problems whatsoever. So I called the clinic to ask. I was also told on the phone "you might have cancer" without a detailed explanation! The only explanation was: the test result says so. This clinic is unprofessional and irresponsible in my opinion. I would highly recommend for any pregnant foreigners that are looking for an English speaking clinic. They have English speaking nurses who will assist you every time you come in and when you finish your appointment with the doctor. They are very nice and super helpful. Dr Hayashi speaks great English and was always very caring and always listened and gave good recommendations. I had a complication at the start of my pregnancy which required me to get surgery. Dr Hayashi performed the surgery with care and the nurses checked on me the whole time after to make sure I was okay. I needed to have further surgery and Dr Hayashi personally looked for another hospital for me that was within walking distance from my house that I could go to. I really had a great experience here.
