Very nice hotel, spacious room and helpful staff. Getting around is easy, as the subway is just 1 minute walk. We got no problem shipping our luggages to the following hotel of our trip. Breakfast was okay, there was a choice of both sweet and salty options as well as some traditional food.

The property is very new and clean. Great design aesthetic. Our room was an adequate size. It is a room in Japan, small to American standards. We had to step around our one large luggage to have it out in our room. No shelves or drawers to put clothes in. But the room is so new, clean, and pretty. It was everything we needed. Beds were cozy, nice quality comforter. Also firm to American standards, but much softer than other hotels we have stayed in Japan. Nice sized shower. Breakfast was great. Nice option of Western and Eastern options. Front desk spoke more English than expected, which is always helpful. Loved having coin laundry on site as well. It is only on the Tskusuba Express line, not the other Asakusa station with all the bigger lines, so we just had to make some more changes on the subway to get where we wanted to go.

One of the best city hotels I have stayed in all my travels. They seem to think of every little aspect to make guests comfortable. Everything is so clean and well maintained. They do have quite a nice breakfast spread too. Stayed here for 3 days. Enjoyed the stay. It's also very convenient in terms of access to restaurants, shopping, izakayas etc.

We really loved this place. Incidentally we got upgraded to level 12. And this was a great room !! TV Amazing Shower Functions and Amazing Lavatory Bidet Functions as well !!! I love the decor , lots of black burnt wood look but very sophisticated and slick !! + Free Machine Bean Ground coffee when you go out or in !! Staff are fantastic and friendly . Love to come back here , great area to be in !!

Helpful staff, free coffee, great location, clean hotel and rooms. Shower and toilet - superb water pressure and very clean. The bed I found super uncomfortable. I got bad pains in fact. It feels like a thin mattress topper on plywood. A bit noisy if you're facing the main road but I slept through it. We were on the 12th floor. I wish there were english instructions for the microwave! I had to ask reception and they couldn't read it either. The heating was difficult to get right, it was too cold or too hot and dry.

Good location. Room size is very good compared with the other hotels we stayed in Osaka, Okayama, Kyoto and Takayama. The highlight is the bathroom, very comfortable, the body shower is the best. Good breakfast and of course nice, helpful and friendly staff.

Conveniently located next to a train station, though it is not connecting the central Tokyo, requiring usually at least two changes of subway lines. So it turned out google map guided me to walk 7-9 minutes walk to/from the Ginza line. The hotel was relatively new when i visited. Staff was helpful and friendly, and was willing and able to communicate in simple English. The window can be opened for those who prefer fresh air in their sleep like me. But for the 3 nights I stayed it was a bit noisy with frequent sirens from the street though I was staying on 12/F.

The location is great, a few minutes walk to the Asakusa touristic area, temples and old streets. Metro is also nearby. The hotel is pretty new, clean, quiet. The breakfast is OK, not the best we've had. Overall, this is a great place to stay to discover Tokyo, we recommend.
