発熱外来に行ったのですが、抗原検査キットの画像を見て「陽性で確定診断を保健所に提出します」で終わりでした。
臨月間近の妊婦なのに、かろうじて検査キットで陽性がわかっただけで、どこの医療機関にもかかることができず、きちんと医師による検査と診察を受けたくて行ったので、非常に困惑しました。検査も受けられないのかと尋ねると、外に出されました。
産院でPCR検査を求められているといっても、今の医療現場ではそうなっていると説明されました。
同じくこちらの病院で受けられる、抗原陽性確認センターでの電話対応とほぼ同じでした。
なので、抗原検査キットなどですでに陽性が出ている方は行っても意味がないです。診察らしい診察も受けられません。それでもPCR検査をしたいのであれば自費で2万かかるそうです。
前日にこちらの病院から電話での確定診断を受けた際に、翌日に発熱外来を予約していることを伝えましたが、「意味ないよ」の一言のみで、検査や診察を基本受けられず、受けられても自費であることまでは知らされませんでした。
逆に列に並んでいる最中、前の人がふたりも事前に申し込みをせずに検査を受けられていたので、症状がない、もしくは軽く、重症化リスクの低い、とにかく結果がわかればそれで問題ない方にはいいと思います。
事前に申し込みフォームを使うのであれば、ある程度リスクの高い人の振り分けをしてもいいのではないでしょうか?
あと保健所への報告にわたしが妊婦であることが抜けていたり、検査を受けられた夫は結果的に陽性、後日発症しましたが、発症日がわたしと同じ日になっており、保健所では修正できないということで大変困っています。
もっと詳細に自身の状況を入れた口コミをしたら、特定されて意見に対して善処するので口コミを削除してほしいと電話がかかってきました。ヒアリングをして改善してくれるという心がけはすばらしいと思います。
