So good we had to come back twice! Akinoya Yakisoba has got to be one of the greatest hidden gems in all of Japan. The people were incredibly kind and so welcoming. This is the best chasu I’ve ever had! If you’re ever visiting Nikko you’ve got to take some time out of your day and check this place out!

The food was absolutely delicious! This is the best yakisoba I have had in my life. Make sure to have a way to translate to speak to staff. Service is great, food is delicious.

The best yakisoba I've ever eaten !!! I tried Nikko (tan tan) & Akinoya special (salt) noodles. They are flavorful in Japanese style.

Tasty noodles, reasonable pricing and good service. The place has a modern look and feel, with various sizing / types of noodles to choose from. You can also add some toppings for an additional cost. Highly recommended!

The food was incredible, one of the best meals I've had recently. Had to wait a bit in line but it was worth it.

Really great noodle dishes. The sauces for everything were great tasting, and the noodles perfectly cooked. Highlights were the pork which melts in your mouth, and the Yuba which is freshly fried has a great flavour too Very reasonably priced - 2600 for two main dishes and a starter!

Fantastic meal. We chose level 3 spicy which was pretty spicy for japan (less spicy than Korean 2x spicy instant noodles). The noodles were perfect, with superb pork and an egg which was very soothing. The large was pretty big (too big for me).

Delicious yakisoba noodle place, very friendly and English menu available. Lovely that had healthy options with protein and veggies.

Definitely one of the best recommended soba in this town, everything is made from scratch. Tantan noodle is the best in my opinion, sweetness from the egg yolk and the spice of the sauce gives a really good kick. It does worth the price!

my steamed noodles tasted like it was 2 days old and reheated in the microwave. They were dry, oily and there was a disgusting fish powder on top. Please don’t eat here, it’s cheap but still not worth the money

I ordered the extra large portion of Yakisoba (salt), which comes with chicken and a fried egg. I really liked the texture of the noodles, and the chicken skin was fried crispy. Flavor was mild, which is what I was looking for. If you like pork and a flavor blast, get the Yakisoba (tan tan).

I’ve never had yakisoba like this! I tried the boiled noodle tantanmen yakisoba. It was very spicy, in a good way. It tasted good and was a bit creamy. Not like authentic tantanmen of course, but good in its own way. Be careful with the spice, I have 2 out of 3 and this was pretty spicy! I bet the normal yakisoba is good here.

It's a very nice yakisoba place just that the whole place will leave u smelling like it after the meal. They serve with steam or original noodle and the pork served is great! Their fried yuba topping is bombbbbbb! Huge portions also at an affordable price! 10/10 Would come back again

The spicy noodles were good. Extra large serving was deffo big maybe a bit too much noodles and not enough garnish but for ¥1150 you can't complain.
