I
went
there
based
on
their
google
rating.
But
can
we
really
rely
on
the
4.8
google
rating?
The
answer
is
YES!!
Well
I
guess
these
photos
speaks
more
than
words.
It
was
located
in
the
B1
floor
(lower
ground
floor)
of
San
Dotonbori
Biru
building.
There
are
12
seats
in
this
restaurant.
The
overall
ambience
is
cozy
and
the
interior
of
this
restaurant
is
antique.
This
was
my
first
kobe
beef
course
dining
experience.
It
was
really
really
really
good😍.
There
were
a
few
course
options
for
you
to
choose.
Don’t
worry
if
you
can’t
finish
the
whole
course
as
they
have
a
la
carte
orders.
The
course
that
I
ordered
was
11000
yen.
Since
I
went
there
with
my
family
and
we
ordered
different
courses,
so
we
decided
to
share
it
among
us.
Therefore,
some
of
the
food
were
not
included
in
my
course.
[Do
check
the
menu
out
before
you
order
*English
menu
is
available*].
As
you
can
see
how
focused
and
dedicated
these
chefs
are,
the
quality
of
food
they
served
was
superb.
First,
they
served
us
a
beef
tataki(included
in
the
15000yen
course)
and
a
garden
salad.
There
are
2
salad
dressings.
I
remember
one
of
it
was
Orange
and
the
other
one
I
don’t
really
remember.
But
both
dressings
matches
really
well
with
the
salad.
Next,
the
chef
fried
us
some
garlic
crisps.
This
is
so
far
the
best
garlic
crisp
I’ve
had
❤️.The
Kobe
beef
was
soft,
juicy
and
tender.
It
bursts
and
melts
in
your
mouth.
The
garlic
rice
was
really
garlicky.
[Warm
tip:
remember
to
save
some
fried
garlic
crisps
and
have
it
with
the
garlic
rice,
that
combination
—
wonderful!].
Besides,
miso
soup
and
a
dessert
was
served
after
meal.
The
chef
will
guide
you
the
best
way
to
enjoy
this
course.
They
were
really
experienced
(I
heard
they
were
doing
this
for
30
years).
At
last,
they
serve
us
a
warm
wet
towel
after
our
dining
experience.
They
hand
me
a
small
wet
tissue
pack
for
my
glasses❤️and
a
handkerchief
as
a
souvenir
(which
I
felt
warm
and
I
do
really
appreciate
for
the
service
they’ve
offered).
