    I rented an Aqua in November. The confirmation phone call I received after making the online reservation was polite and kind, so I was able to approach the rental day with peace of mind. On the day of the event, a bus will pick you up at the airport and take you to the store. We thoroughly explain the warranty details and check for scratches, so you can feel safe. Although the vehicle had been running for some time, it ran without any problems and had good fuel efficiency. Navigation and Bluetooth connectivity were both good. I would like to rent it again if I have a chance. Regarding the reviews of the accident, I don't think it was their fault as the rental car store seems to have provided a proper explanation regarding the NOC and warranty. There are quite a few companies in the industry that offer a type of guarantee that does not allow insurance to be used after the second purchase. Also, if it's such an important corporate use, I think it's normal to choose a rental car from a major company with a better warranty. As a former colleague, I wrote what I thought. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to those involved.

    The service provided by the two young women was polite, easy to understand, and quick, making them feel very comfortable and giving us peace of mind! However, the middle-aged woman's high-pressure tone and customer service immediately put me off. I also wished that the large male staff members would at least try to help me out when I was having a hard time with my many heavy bags. As much as I was impressed by the splendor of these two young women, perhaps my expectations were in vain. As mentioned in other reviews, even if you have insurance, if there is any damage, you will be charged 50,000 yen unlike other rental car companies, so it will be a very stressful drive. Become! If you want to cover everything, you will have to purchase quite expensive insurance. Please be careful!

    保険条件に注意❗️ 免責補償を払っても、もし車が事故ったら車の処理代払うそうです。そうならないために倍払いましたが、もしもキズやヘコミあればまた3万円を払う必要あり、車が走れない状態の事故だと5万円だそうです。このレンタカーの保険条件がガッカリ。。安心ができない状態。1日目の旅行がストレス😭 Car photo = false advertisement . They did tell me the car is an older model but I was expecting 2015ish since the picture on their website looks like 2015ish model and were in 2021, not 2007ish old old (velfire)😭 car photo below. Insurance conditions is not Good. The Female staff who assisted us was mean😫. The guy who was assisting us with luggage were nice,helpful and respectful towards us tho. I was already upset that after paying basic insurance for ¥6,600 I was told that I would still have to pay for the fixing fee incase of accident. So I paid another ¥6,600(thinking it would be total coverage)total of ¥13,000+ I would expect that it will cover everything with the insurance like other rental car company that I experienced so far,but no. this rental car insurance condition is disappointing. And after I stated that this insurance conditions is not good as the other rental car company. The female staff told me that I don’t have to sign if I don’t agree,every rental company is different and it’s written on their website🥲 (your already frustrated at this point and being told this just makes the situation worst😭)YES it’s my fault for not checking but I would think by paying the extra 6,600 at the window it would cover everything like other rental car company. But no, you still have to pay 30,000 if you scratch or dent on it and 50,000 if the car is not in a running condition. You still have to pay for NOC service(road service)! I also have Japanese insurance and insurance usually covers for everything when u have it. So I don’t understand why this company’s insurance policy is like this. At the end of us returning the car, the guy who assisted us nicely from the beginning gave back ¥2,500+ for membership discount so that was nice so I’m editing to one additional star just because the guy was super nice and greeted us very well until the very end.

    Edited: The staff were capable of working with my poor Japanese and generally friendly. Easy to understand. And when our battery suddenly broke out in the countryside, they drive way out (8 hours round trip!) just to help us. Legendary.

    When I contacted them looking for an 8-seater, they asked me if there was a child seat for my child, and then recommended the cheaper 10-seater Hiace 😊 I rented a Hiace even though I thought it would be a little too big, but it was very comfortable as it could carry 4 adults, 4 child seats, 2 strollers, and luggage, and I could move up and down to the 4th row of seats! Cheap and comfortable ❗️ The staff was amazing ❗️ 👍 I also thought about renting here 😊

    I was looking for a place to rent a car with a low price and ended up choosing this shop. I chose it because of the low price, so I didn't have high expectations for the condition or cleaning of the vehicle. However, when I actually rented the car, it was clean and had no scratches! It was well cleaned and felt great! Above all, I was surprised by how energetic, refreshing and courteous the staff were at the store. I would definitely like to use it again next time.

    I was one of the passengers on the microbus that was reviewed this month, and the driver was so nervous that he didn't want to cause another accident that he drove the bus for two days and seemed to be having a hard time. Even though I had reported the store's response, instead of worrying about whether or not there were any injuries, I thought it was a terrible response, as I was forced to pay the store's business guarantee fee. I'm starting to doubt whether it's true that there's a guarantee that you won't be able to lend the item for 3 days, even though you don't know if there's actually someone who wants to borrow it next time. I'm worried that the cost of an important trip will be high. I would like a refund. It's like they're saying that because they're cheap, they're set up to make money if an accident happens. A company that cannot stand in the customer's shoes in case of emergency.
