    年式が古く、故障もそれなりに多い車に乗っている為、レクサスは故障しますか？と聞くと田中という営業に「お客様の車の1万倍壊れにくいです。」と自信満々げに言われ、好きで乗ってる車を貶され気分を害された。 ショールームに金かけて落ち着いた雰囲気で話してさえいれば客が満足すると思ってそう。特に営業との会話がつまらない。レクサスというブランドにぶらさがっているのが見て取れる。

    接客対応が残念で外れな営業マン担当にあたり購入する気が無くなり別の店舗「系列」で車を購入しました。女性スタッフの対応は良かっただけにとても残念です。

    やはり、レクサスですね、対応抜群です。と、以外と安いので、今までレクサスは、手の届かない車と勘違いしてました。もちろん上のグレードは、びっくり価格ですが(笑)
