子供が蚊に刺されにより瞼が開かない程に腫れ、おでこには大きな瘤ができ、指の付け根１箇所で指先から手首の上までパンパンに腫れ上がりこれはまずいと思い＃8000へ電話で相談したのですが、おでこに瘤が出来てる事も心配な為病院に行った方が良いと言われ違う病院へ初めは行こうとしたのですが、そちらの病院でも頭も腫れて瞼もそこまで腫れていたら検査をした方がいいかもしれないからと小児科専門のこちらの病院を紹介して頂き初めて伺いました。 様々な意見があるのですが 私がお伺いした際には受付の方もとても丁寧な対応+出先だった為保険証等持っておらず全額実費になる説明やその後の手続きの流れや説明の書いてある用紙等も頂き納得した上で診療して頂きました。 初めにどのような症状なのか軽い問診がありその後小児科医による診療を受けるのですが、待ち時間に関しては本当に長いです。 数十分とか1時間とかのレベルでは無く診療してもらうまでに2時間近くかかり その後お薬が出来るまで20分程待ちます。 24時間受け入れをしているという事もあり時間外来で来る方も沢山居られましたが皆さん待ち時間が長く時間も時間の為子供や親御さんは待合室でウトウト状態で診療待ちをしてました。肝心な小児科医の先生はとても優しく落ち着いている女性の先生で丁寧に説明をしてくれ質問などにも答えて下さりさすが小児科の先生だなと思う程好印象でした。 （ただ先生は何人か居られる様なので当たり外れがあるのかもしれません） ただやはり待ち時間が長すぎて 22時前に病院に着くも 全てが終わるのが1時過ぎという 体調の悪い子供にとってはかなりの負担になるのではと思うので星は3にさせて頂きます。 緊急を要しては居ないが 心配なので一応病院に行っておきたいという 方には良いかと思います。 又他の方も書いてありましたが 全額実費の診療で2万円弱費用はかかりました。（時間外料金+診療費+お薬代） 手続きも病院では返金手続きが出来ない為 社会保険に加入していたら組合の方で手続きをした後市役所にて手続きをして 返金までに2～3ヶ月程かかります。

中学一年から、今現在23歳ですが成人になってもお世話になってます （以下ここの病院の名前を都立小児、小児総合、小児総合医療センターと呼ばせていただきます） 私自身のスペックを書こうと思います 多摩総合に移行期が未定の理由は、論文や研究、発表するくらい珍しい希少な疾患なので、日本小児神経学会の手柄が、大人の学会の手柄になるのが嫌なのでしょう というか新薬が出来るまで、治療法や治療薬がない状態じゃ移行できないのかもです（今は対症療法的な薬物療法です）10年待っても未だに薬は出来てないです それか小児総合は慢性期の病院であるのに対し多摩総合は急性期の病院なのも理由かもです そこら辺は先生の都合なのでよく分かりませんが、後任の先生が決まってる時点で、まだもう少しお世話になると思います 入院は同じ敷地内にある都立神経病院という古い病院の7A神経小児科です　検査入院なのですが、１０回入院しました 一度でいいから綺麗な都立小児で入院してみたいです 歴代の主治医も都立小児の先生ではなく、神経病院に属している先生です 担当の曜日の外来の日だけ主治医は都立小児に来ます きつねカウンターの神経内科に３ヶ月に１回のペースで（処方箋９０日分の為に）通院してます 良いところは、①呼び出し機があるので、院内のどこにいても大丈夫な所です。多摩総合と繋がってる通りには、ローソン、レストラン、ドトールコーヒーがあります　ローソンは小児総合の中にもあるのですが、位置的にあまり目立たないので、多摩総合との中間地点にあるローソンでは売り切れだった一番くじが、小児総合の中にあるローソンにはある事もあります 私は今現在は午前の最後の枠なので、早めに行き再診の機械に通してカウンターで受付した後に、朝昼の合同ごはんをローソンで食べてから丁度良く診察の時間になる事もあります（前にローソンのおでん食べてたら鳴ってしまった時は焦りましたが） 同じ科の診察室がラウンジの中に２個あって回転が速い医師と遅い医師がいるので、主治医によって待ち時間も変わります。１０年の付き合いなので、この先生は速いこの先生は遅いとか分かってしまいます。公立◯◯病院の様に自分の番号がいつ呼ばれるかわからないから、ずっとソファーに座って、番号が出る画面を凝視しなくても大丈夫な所が良いところです ②針が天辺に来た時に来るカラクリ時計や壁には玩具があったり奥にはデカい木があったりコロナ前は木の周りに絵本が沢山ありました。子どもが飽きない様な設計と病院は怖いイメージを払拭させるような明るい院内が素敵だと思います　森のホスピタルと自称しているのも納得です 悪いところは、①主治医がコロコロ変わるところ（うちの科だけかもしれませんが）最近は年一のペースで変わります。この先生めっちゃ良い先生だなって思っても来年度は先生変わるので、信頼関係をまた一から作るのが大変です。ハズレの先生に当たっても一年我慢すれば、来年度は違う先生になるので次こそはと期待してみるのもアリかもです １０年で７人変わりましたが、一番最初の５年診てくれた先生が長い付き合いなので一番良いと思ってしまいます ②学校がある日は早退しなくてはなりません　公立中学の場合だと学区的に家から近いので、家から出るなら給食食べた後で早退すれば間に合いますが 高校生になったら、遠方の学校に通ってる場合だと、主治医の外来予定によれば丸一日休むか、２限位で早退しなくてはなりません　私は３限に早退して、制服のまま、走っても午後の最後の枠になります 16時に診察時間が終わるので15時30分が最後の枠です 皆勤狙ってる人は無理になりますし、通う頻度が高いと出席日数や単位も落ちます 私は今は３ヶ月に１回のペースだけど高3の時は新しい薬の効果を診るために３週間に一回のペースでヒィヒィでした ③ERに運ばれても何もしてくれず帰されたというレビューを沢山見ました 私も５回卒倒し救急搬送で運ばれたけど寝かされたというより横になって何もせず帰されるだけでした 一度だけ都立小児に搬送された際に神経病院に緊急入院。クリニックで打ちましたが、コロワクの迷走神経反射で酸素82まで下がり酸素吸入６ℓと生理食塩水の点滴とモニターつけられました 何故トンボ帰りさせるのか、それは都立小児総合医療センターは３次救急だからです　本当に緊急の重症の若しくは重体の患者さんしか診てくれません 既往歴やカルテがある都立小児の方が良いかと思う保護者さま、救急隊の方がいるかもですが、２次救急や１次救急の病院に行っていただいた方が良いかと思います 行きが救急車ならトンボ帰りで高いタクシー代を払わなくてはなりません 自家用車のある人は、別の救急外来に行くか、救急車の場合は救急隊に初診でも良いから違う病院に希望を伝えたほうが良いと思います ④場所が分かりづらいですカウンターを動物で表していたり、番号で12番って言われても未だに迷います12番は生理検査を（採血や脳波検査）する所です　初診の人には分かりづらいと思います Eラウンジの受付の方は優しいですが、計算と会計のカウンターの人はあまり好きではありません　指定難病の受給者証を持っている私は自動計算機で会計は出来ません。診断書を書いてもらう為に用紙を貰う文書受付の人はまあまあですが、計算と会計の人は事務的で怖いです 最近、立体駐車場が出来ましたね。これで満車が改善されたら良いですね 私はバス電車乗り継いで、西国分寺駅から総合医療センター行きに乗って一時間かけて通院してます 交通の便はとても良いと思います 私自身、他の病院では診れない難病なので、この病院しか分からないのですが、好印象なので星５にしました
