As a gaijin in Japan, this was the first experience at a baseball game overseas. Let me say it was certainly different then the US - in a very good way! It was very easy to get to the stadium by train and quick 5 min walk. The stadium itself is beautiful and well maintained. I was impressed with the young ladies carrying the beer 🍺 they work very hard! Overall, it was a great experience and I will be visiting more often.

Best baseball experience to date, the BayStars know how to put on a show. Absolutely loved our night here, especially with a win for the home team! Awesome atmosphere, easy to navigate, and decent food and drink options.

Great stadium with awesome food. Bathrooms are clean and plentiful. Food and beer are tasty and not too expensive. Every seat has a good view. Overall, a great experience for baseball and I'd recommend catching a game here if you ever have the chance. Zero complaints at all from me.

Perfect stadium in sunny and cloudy days. With family, friends, and colleagues. Many goods, foods, and vending machines.

Baseball games here are always fun and lively. Really great to to go see. I will say though that the seating is terrible. It’s like sitting in one of those small plastic chairs in your kindergarten for 3 hours. The seat rows are probably only 2.5 feet wide if that.

Good baseball stadium. Japanese American football league the Xleague also plays some games at the stadium. The area around the stadium has loads of activities.

Best experience at a baseball game, and one of the best atmospheres I’ve ever experienced at a sports match. The fans sing all the way through the game. The best place to sit for the atmosphere is on the right side of the field. Pretty much every seat offers a good view of the pitch.

Best stadium in good weather. Unsure where to sit? If you want to be apart of the loud celebrating fans? Home team side in the outfield (right hand side if your the batter looking out). Otherwise try and get a few rows back from the field halfway between home plate and 1st base.

Absolutely spotless stadium. Modern and impressive. We called and had free access as a youth baseball tournament was underway. Club shop situated outside stadium but expensive as all of them are.

25 April 2018 1st time watching Yokohama DeNA Baystar's home game @ Yokohama Stadium! Even thou they lost to the Hiroshima Toyo Carp, atmosphere was great, still a good game! One of the highlights would be singing 熱き星たちよ along with the stadium of fans during 'Lucky Seven' and watching the waves of Jet Balloons being released at the end of the song~ Will definitely catch another game the next time I visit Japan.

Awesome stadium. Not a baseball fan myself, here for the music and lights. Raining dogs and cats when I was there, but enjoyed the atmosphere. Will be back to watch a game soon!

Yokohama Stadium (横浜スタジアム, Yokohama Sutajiamu) is a baseball stadium in Naka-ku, Yokohama, Japan. It opened in 1978 and has a capacity of 34,046 people. It is primarily used for baseball and is the home field of the Yokohama DeNA BayStars. The stadium features dirt around the bases and pitcher's mound, but with dirt colored turf infield and base paths. The entire green portion of the field is also turfed. It hosted an Australian rules football match and drew the second largest crowd for such an event outside of Australia.

I've been here 17 years. I'm A Boston Redsox fan close to the big apple. I think of the giants like the Yankees. I think of the Baystars like the Redsocks. Awesome game. I want to go to tomorrow's game too.

Homecourt of Yokohama Baystars Baseball Club, the stadium is quite spacious with comfortable seats. You can buy beer from the ladies that are roaming around with their beer backpacks. There are several choices for food options like popcorns and hotdogs.

As a Yakult Swallows fan, I consider Meiji Jingu to be the gold standard of stadiums. However, Yokohama Stadium is a close second. The variety of concessions is great and there really isn’t a bad seat in the stadium. The seats are big enough for American-sized fans to feel comfortable too! Lots of fun!

Great stadium with plenty of food and drink options. The seats are tightly squeezed together so it's a bit tough with a full crowd for a broad shoulders person like myself but we aren't here for comfort, we are here to watch the Baystars win!

Watching a Baystars game here was a great way to spend an afternoon! Be prepared for steeeeeep stairs and seats if you're sitting up high. It can be disorienting at first, even if you're not afraid of heights. Three different types of beers, chu-highs, hot coffee, Baskin Robbins (31), and trash collection is available at your seats and various food and drink options available throughout the stadium. The bathrooms were very clean and large enough for no wait times.

Top 3 stadiums in all of Japan! Great views from every seat, and the sight lines never feel like you are too far away! From baseball to American football, this stadium is great!

Great venues to catch a baseball game. Seats a bit smaller than in an American stadium and little leg room. But it doesn’t take away from the overall experience. Fam base is dedicated and lots of energy and noise. I will definitely be back for more games. 😊😁

Home of the Yokohama DeNA Baystars. A nice stadium recently renovated in 2020. Navigating your way to some seating areas can be a bit confusing, but otherwise it’s a beautiful stadium with lots of food and drink options.

A short walk from either the JR station or from Yokohama Stadium, so it is a nice place to pass by even when there are no games playing. There is a team store outside the stadium that remained open. Would love to catch a game here sometime

We have to sit alternating seats from another person even if they are in your party. Japan stops serving alcohol at 8:00pm sharp. You have to return and fly balls immediately. I asked for help finding my seat and an employee gave me the wrong directions. Nice looking stadium though.

The Baystars experience at Yokohama Stadium was much better prior to COVID-19. My first game was August 2019 and it was amazing, you could bring your own booze and there was delicious food everywhere. Additionally, the fans were like a entertaining mob who were rooting choreographed songs for the opposing teams. I went back in April 2021 and we had to sit in a socially distant manner and couldn't bring any food or drinks. People were very rude and were looking at us for wanting to cheer and enjoy the game. I went back again in June 2021 and it was a little better because we reserved a booth. I highly recommend if you go anytime soon you get a booth and plan to wait in long lines for food.
