I felt this Pokémon Center had the largest selection of items (and also some unique Skytree-based ones like a Pikachu plush with the tower!). Staff were friendly as usual. Also, the Rayquaza statues in / nearby the store might be the coolest of all Pokémon Centers, except maybe the Mewtwo in Shibuya. As with any Pokémon Center visit, choose an off-hour if you don’t want to deal with tight crowds. Also if you have trouble finding it and Google Maps is being useless, it’s on 4F (fourth floor) in the East Yard.

A great store, well worth it if you can add in a sky tree visit too!

You definitely want to visit this store if you're a Pokemon fan. There were so many different plush toys lined up in rows and rows. They also sell stationary, cutlery, video games, collectible figurines. A great place to bring children as there's also a section in the store which lets you play Pokemon arcade games. I don't know if you had to pay a fee to play but I assume it's free. Only small complaint is they had every other pokemon available but no Celebi!

Your one-stop shop for all your Pokémon needs. Kids would fall in love with this shop and won't want to leave! Products are genuine and priced very reasonably. Lots of choices to choose from to cater for different budgets.

Perfect place for a Pokemon Centre. Wide range of plushies, figures, games and even stationary items and TCG stuff. While its rather cramped there are so many items on display. On weekdays its less busy so best time to visit both the centre and the sky tree

If you enjoy Pokemon or looking to buy pokemon related souvenir or gifts, you may consider visiting Pokemon Center inside Sky Tree town. Lots of merchandise to buy. I like that there is Kirby Cafe next to it. Sky Tree town also offers lots of anime and japanese related shopping options to get lost.

Definitely a must visit for pokemon fans if you're in the Skytree area. The store is of medium size, though I'd recommend you visit on a weekday as weekends at any Pokémon store are super crowded!

An amazing must see for all Pokémon fans, queues can be quite long so prepare your patience before as a lot of people are trying to buy a lot of items but stock keeps getting refreshed throughout the day and staff are everywhere.

Great centre near the Toyko Sky Tree. It was a bit hard to find though.

MEGA RAYQUAZAA!!!! The signature of this pokemon center is Pikachu riding Rayquazaa in front of the store but now there’re an upgrade! Mega Rayquazaa down to the earth!! I didn’t quite sure is it shiny version or not but it really cool!! You can find limited edition Pikachu with Skytree dolls and many accessories for Nintendo switch here.

As I Pokémon fan since I was a kid I absolutely loved it. The store as a lot of different type of merch going from little key hangers to big soft plushies. The background music is the music from the Pokemon centers in game so that directly hit my heart. I will be coming back here, gonna catch 'em all !

The customer service is great! I think if you love Pokemon you'll love the store! They have a lot of merch and special promotional material you'll only find at the shop. If you have already gone to the other Pokemon stores I wouldn't really bother coming just to see another one, they're all basically the same with different display Pokemon pieces in store.

RAYYYQQUUUAAAZAAAAA. Joke aside, the place mainly sell pokemon plushies and trinkets. Probably worth a visit if you are a Pokemon fans looking for some Pikachu plushies.

While going to the Skytree, surprisingly found this shop. There were very few shops in overall Japan, you could find some famous action Pokémon figures. Well am a great fan of Pokémon but already bough many figures so trying save money and left without buying

Located a few floors up, this Pokemon Center has a lot of variety to choose from. It is always busy as tourists and locals come here to pick out items from plushies to backpack pins. There are items here that are not to be found anywhere else. Recommended for any Pokemon enthusiast visiting Tokyo.

We visited three branches in Tokyo. Harajuku branch was the most crowded as we are required to queue to take photo and one other to center the store. Skytree branch was the better one with no queue, staff was certainly friendly as he was going around giving out Pikachu card. My daughter birthday was in November thus she was given a option of NDS or store discount card. However we didnt bring out NDS along thus we only have a option of store discount card. They verified through our ID/passport on birthday month. They have figures and Tettra here compare to the two other branches(Harajuku and Tokyo St)

Love this pokemoncenter! It was the first i traveled to and it is huge! Got to buy a lot from cards to plusshies to wending machines! The staff is superfriendly and it was a pleasure to shopp here. This store got some spesiall pikachu dolls with skytree that i recommend buying as a memmory of the tripp here! Also make sure to chek out skytree when you are here. The prices here are pretty low also.

The shop should be a must visit if you're truly a Pokemon fan. Me being an avid fan since childhood, to exaggerate feels I was in Pokemon heaven. Said there are bigger Pokemon Centers other than this one Sky Tree, but since I didn't have the chance to check them out, this shop stands on top of my head. Since it is located strategically under Sky Tree, many people come to visit. The staff are really nice and helpful even if they don't speak much english. Sells lots and lots of Pokemon toys, merchandise and snacks. It also has a small arcade for kids.
