The department store is very large and impressive. On the basement floor the food court had a lot of options and we bought some really tasty desserts and cakes. Later we ate on the sixth floor and went for the Japanese okonomiyaki but it was only OK we had better lunch elsewhere on other days.

Great park on the ninth floor with a nice cafe. Not a place to buy souvenirs but you can shop for all sorts of clothing, nice Japanese ceramic, knives and more. The food market on floor B1 is amazing. It has a variety of European and fantastic Japanese cuisine and snacks.

Huge mall. Lots of things to buy nearer the higher end side of things. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Most of all I really loved the basement food hall, so much pastries and savory items as well! Nice mall to visit in Ginza with easy access to the metro trains too.

This is a fantastic department store with multiple shopping floors. I was particularly interested in their food section, and it did not disappoint. There are numerous options and choices available. I primarily focused on their fresh fish/seafood, fresh fruits, and baked goods, and everything was of top-notch quality. I highly recommend it!

My Lonely Planet guidebook told me that department store food courts in Tokyo were not to miss. So I followed their suggestion and paid a visit to the Mitsukoshi in Ginza. It was only alright. We headed to the basement first, where they sold produce, seafood, pastries, and specialty gifts (think, expensive chocolates). We bought some sashimi, which was good for NYC standards, but meh for Japan standards. Next we went to the floor with the restaurants, and everything was pretty deserted for 5:30 pm. I guess maybe it was right before the dinner rush. We settled on this okonomiyaki place, which again was just okay. I would say definitely check out the huge department stores but if you want good food, head elsewhere.

Super fun shopping center. There is so much to see and do. A lot of delicious food stands near the sublevel floor. I believe the Art Aquarium is also located within this building. You won't regret this stop!

I feel this is the best shopping mall in Ginza. Convenient transportation, various selections, delicious food available, all these factors make this place very comfortable to stay.

Very crowded but jam packed with a lot of food items. The Yoku Moku ice cream was one of my family's favorite stops in there. The BicCamera store on the 7th Floor Annex wing was my favorite stop. The site seeing while walking to get there is breathtaking as well.

Pretty standard multi shop department store. I liked how clean, tidy and elegant everything looked but it is a typical departmemt store. You can find many high-end stores there and big brands as well.

There are 2 nice ladies on Level 8 Duty Free shop, I was looking for CPB & The Ginza, they are super friendly and very helpful, not just introduced the products thoroughly but also helped me to check the flight information. Really appreciate their help and definitely will come back!

My family and I like to go the B2 level and buy bentos to then eat at the 9 floor Ginza Terrace. But last time we decided to do this at a diffrent department store we had brought our food to realised they had closed the eating area due to covid. So we made sure it was open and we can eat there, brought our food and proceded to search for the microwave to heat up our food. After searching the basement floor and floor 9 I returned to floor 1 to ask in japanese the reception desk where the microwave is. She explained it had been removed because of covid, which makes zero sense. And even enquiring what we should do she apologized and told us nothing could be done. I wouldn't be writing this if they had just heated up our food for us, or had signs up so we knew before we brought our food. Nothing but an emty apology and many cold bentos. Me and my family are very upset.

The selection of sweets are boring. It used to be much better with innovated lineups of products. I wanted to buy sweets for a gift but there was nothing interesting to buy. Very disappointed.

I love this department store chain. They sell many nice products and not too expensive. The food hall at the basement is perfect place to buy Japanese snack or bento boxes

Super busy around closing time! Excellent samples here, you can get full sized jellies, chocolate truffles etc as a sample. The food floors B2 and B3 aren't super big.

I recommend the food court on the B2 and B3! The level of sweets is very high for gifts + for yourself:) I usually buy my meat from the 片葉三and the manager Mr. Kimitsuka gives me the freshest meat of the day!

Visit here when you don't have time and need to buy some Japanese stuffs. Quite old department store but it also means have some histories. I always visit here at the first day of Tokyo and make some list to buy and buy them on the last day with the remaining budget. all new malls are also nice, but this place is like the real Tokyo. good old stuffs.

Very crowded anytime of day… Come with already an idea in mind (in and out!) But on of the best food « depachika »デパ地下 in Tokyo - excellent selection of sweets and food

Very clouded just as a December afternoon would be. However, there could be measures to prevent overcrowded areas. Only advice I could make is try a morning visit as the time before noon is peaceful and enjoyable.

I haven’t done much shopping here but the top floor has a great indoor and outdoor space for kids, lunch from 11 and a cafe open earlier. I’d give it a 5 star if I knew how good the shopping/range was. 😅
