We came at 9:45, the store opens at 10AM, and the ticket we got for the store is already for 10:30AM. You definitely want to get there early. The store has everything from their popular games. Note that there’s only 1 entrance where they distribute the store ticket. Make sure to look for it. The line for the cashiers look long, but they’re pretty efficient.

A small but amazing store with tons of awesome and unique stuff!! Everything is super expensive though in typical Nintendo fashion, so don't be sticker shocked when a T-Shirt will cost you 30-40 dollars. The shirts are at least made out of a really nice and soft material, so it's not your typical bargain bin iron pressed shirts. The staff was super nice and helpful, and the store plays a bunch of the best music from recent Nintendo games. Also if it's not immediately apparent from the address and you're walking around with Google Maps, this is on the 6th floor of a big super shopping building, so there's no way to see this from the ground, very easy to get confused if you're looking for it. There's also other cool game/anime shops to check out on the 6F, so the trip is definitely worth it.

This place is retro-fantastic, absolute Nintendo nerd heaven. There are so many cleverly-branded merchandise for their beloved series, it’s almost impossible to leave without finding something worthwhile for Nintendo fans. Pricey, but you must visit this place!

I recently visited this place and found it to be quite chaotic due to its busy location and constant crowds, regardless of the time. While they had a substantial selection of Animal Crossing: New Horizons (ACNH) merchandise for fans to indulge in, the overwhelming number of people made it difficult to enjoy browsing the items. The overall shopping experience was unpleasant and uncomfortable, especially due to the lengthy queues for payment. It would greatly enhance the shopping experience if the store could find a way to better manage the crowds, as the original location in Osaka does not seem to have this issue. Despite the extensive range of good-quality merchandise available, the chaos and overcrowding detract from the overall appeal of this place.

Recommended for Nintendo fans. Varieties of products available. Due to Covid, each session only last for about 40 mins. You can collect Nintendo points when you buy any products in the shop.

A great Nintendo Store experience but can be quite busy on the weekends and requires ticketed entry. That being said, I had no wait both times I went and was able to shop for 🕹️ electronics, Pokemon gifts, Mario, and all other licensed Nintendo stuff. Staff were friendly and store layout is open and ♿ handicap accessible with an elevator right next to the entrance.

Super busy store, but we’ll staffed. Had some payment issues at our station with German and American cards that worked fine everywhere else and went through after several attempts. Friendly staff available in Japanese and some English. They have a great variety of goods but issues restocking popular items.

I didn’t have to queue to get in the store both times I was there, but there may be lines at the check out. The store is pretty big and carry merchandises (some Japan exclusives) from various titles. Nintendo fans will definitely find something to bring home! Don’t miss out the Mario photo spot outside! You can find it past a door near the check out counters.

Nintendo as usual is a fantastic company. The Tokio shop is located on one of the highest plans of the "Parco" mall located in shibuya where you can see a beautiful panorama. The Nintendo shop is fantastic full of gadgets and games Nintendo. Near to the store there are a Pokemon Center, the Capcom Shop and other interesting shops. If you love video games you must absolutely go, you will surely will find something interesting.

If you like Nintendo’s work, you’ll have things to spend money on here for sure. Toys, toys, toys. Even if you, like me, aren’t a huge fan, it’s fun to see all the characters. Unlike most video game makers, Nintendo allow colors into their games. Unfortunately a lot of characters aren’t represented. At least not when I visited. No Wario, and the year of Luigi seems to have come and gone. Still, this place is worth a visit. Do expect a lot of people though.

Perfect place to buy stuff for Nintendo lovers. I brought my son. You need a ticket to enter that you can get on the queue on the side road. The store is on the 6th floor and well situated with other stores of similar interest. The only thing I was hoping for was more merch that said Nintendo Tokyo. There were only shirts and they only had size small and XL. The Nintendo NYC store had much better selection. The Nintendo NyC store also has games to play and small museum items for display of Nintendo history and this store lacked both. This store is for buying only, not really an “experience”.

Large variety of Nintendo franchise! Watch out as you need to go there early to get an entry ticket. Usually runs out of ticket by 1:00pm and won't be able to go in!

It would be 5 stars as I love the place but there are major issues with stocking anything Zelda related. Don't show them if I can't buy them! It's frustrating. The raffle is fun!

Very busy and lots of people. But it’s a very organized chaos. When there are a lot of people, they have a queue system where an employee will hand out a paper ticket like a fast pass to come back during a window to enter the store. Lots of cute items to choose from with a variety of games. Mario, Zelda, Animal Crossing to name a few.

However, I have been waiting for an hour before going into the shop. Be sure to expect waiting time over 30 minutes. There is some limited edition items in this shop too. Mario fans must visit place.

Visited this location in October 2023. Located on the 6th floor, it’s best to use the escalators to access when the building opens. This is an extremely busy location, and frequently is packed with no personal space. This is one of those essential spots to visit for a Nintendo fan who wants merch. There are times where a ticket queue is necessary, but that varies depending on the day. Nice selection of NES / GB background music. Great selection of items to purchase, many demo stations and picture opportunities. Items were mainly from their main games (Mario, Zelda, Animal Crossing, Splatoon, Princess Peach, Yoshi). Staff is very helpful and had no issues with payment. Remember to have you Nintendo account QR code handy, as your purchase here gives you gold coins to the online store.

The store has a nice atmosphere. Neat and organized, and has quite a few exclusive items. Not crowded, but the store itself is not very large. Decent selection, but wish it was more like the Nintendo World Store in NYC. The Pokémon Store is right behind it, but even smaller. Staff are very friendly. You can earn points on your Nintendo account by shopping here as well.

Having been to the Nintendo New York store and hearing that this one is the biggest Nintendo store yet, I have to say that it was quite misleading. In my opinion Nintendo Tokyo is overpriced, overhyped and overly touristy! A pajama set priced at almost ¥8000 and shirts with no other available sizing than XL+. Each shirt is priced around ¥5000 and there were not even any exclusive items unique to the branch like that you would find in New York. A plus tho: all the staff were super lovely and very eager to help despite how busy it can get. The stars i give are for them! 💖 Even paying was a breeze despite the long line with how efficient they were so props to them I hope the stocking solution can be solved and the merch improved! Else, it's not worth the visit

I grew up playing Nintendo games with my siblings. I’ve had every major console since the NES days and played almost every major Mario, Zelda, and Metroid game that’s been released. I visited Nintendo Tokyo on a Monday last October. I’ve never been to Shibuya so I wanted get an early start (ended up seeing the Shibuya Scramble/Sky) around 9am. I was expecting staff to hand out entrance tickets but there weren’t any. I’m guessing this is only on very busy days. It took the escalator up and got inside around 11am right as they opened. This has got alllllllll sorts of Nintendo merch from most of their major franchises. It would’ve been nice to see some Starfox or Smash Bros stuff. I wasn’t able to see the Osaka location as they opened in November of 2022. I’m hoping to see that and the Kyoto location later this year. You MUST visit this place if you’re ever played a Nintendo game…it’s worth it.

We visited this location last Saturday(Jan 2024). It’s located inside a busy shopping complex on the 6th floor so we took the escalators up. Unexpectedly there was no wait or ticketed queue to get in. It was crowded but not chaotic to me. There was a steady flow of people in and out the store; we moved through the crowd without getting stuck. After browsing a few minutes, I decided not to bother purchasing anything, because I did not want to wait in the checkout lines… though there were several open, it didn’t seem worth the wait. Worth a visit for fans as it was a filled with cute items.

Amazing but incredibly busy! Entry is by ticket which is received from the door area (and free). You then queue for a short while before entering the throng of people! I saw lots of merchandise here that I didn't see at Universal studios which is good.

It's Nintendo so what can I say other than it's childhood heaven. Plenty of things to get as gifts and for yourself. Prices are very reasonable too. Staff is friendly and if you have a Nintendo account they will add 1% of your purchase as points to your account.

Every Nintendo fan has to visit this place. We went there around 7:30pm. It was busy but there was no queue at all. The merch is a bit pricey and I wish they had more merch with Yoshi.

Great store. Location is good too. Remember you gotta get the token to get inside. So get there before it opens. Japanese follow the rules rigidly so dont expect them to make any changes for you. Other cool toy stores are on the same floor so a perfect outing for everyone. It gets packed hella early. Pay lines easy 10-20 mins.

A must visit location for Nintendo fans. Full of merchandise for famous Nintendo characters suck as Mario, Animal Crossing, Legend of Zelda, etc. In this Nintendo shop, you can play Mario Kart on a huge screen for free.

Not the most hardcore fan of Nintendo games, although I did play a number of their games when I was younger. Nevertheless, I decided to drop by as I was in the area. I could see how enticing this store would be for avid Nintendo fans. There are countless merchandise options for each game, from Super Mario to the Legend of Zelda. Evidently I was more interested in Yoshi stuff, which explains why most of my photos here are about the cute dinosaur. I would not say the store is the biggest - I think there are many other outlets in Japan too, but it is definitely worth a visit if you are a big fan of Nintendo games!

Nice place for a Nintendo fan. Bring your switch here as I believe there was some gift that could be claimed, at least when we were there.

You have to get a timed entry ticket to enter. I went at 6:15pm on a Saturday and got a ticket to enter at 7pm. The goods are cool, there’s some cool retro game products and products exclusive to the Nintendo stores. Fun but expensive place to shop.

Busy busy busy but worth it. So many cool limited edition items especially if you're into the retro 8-bit era. Prepare to stand in the checkout line for a while, took me about 30 minutes.

I visited on a very busy Saturday afternoon and had to wait over 1 hour to enter the shop. Thankfully there are other things to do in the building. I had some coffee in the basement and waited for my time. The shop itself is very open. I bought some Mario goods that are only available at this Nintendo shop. Pictures are allowed so I also got some selfies with the giant character statues. I was disappointed that the only Nintendo series represented were Mario, Zelda, Splatoon, Animal Crossing, Kirby, and Metroid. There were no Fire Emblem, Bayonetta, Kid Icarus, Donkey Kong, Starfox, or Earthbound goods.

Impressive store with a vast selection of products. Also some exclusive products but in general the items are kind of expensive.

While I wish there was a bit more dedicated to the old school, just the fact that this store exists is awesome. A fun selection with cool free things as well - like the long poster of Smash Bros. Victory painting!

Great store. I do wish they carried a lot of the stuff Super Nintendo World has. I was able to find some neat stuff.
