Great place to spend an hour or two if you understand the slightly confusing layout of the building (each floor has an A, B, C section and there are 7 floors Merchandise include outdoor items to kitchen goods and everything in between

This place is a haven for stationery, arts and craft. You can also get all sorts of high quality gifts or souvenirs. The whole building is so huge that they have sub-sections for different categories of items. Also, the tax-free refund counter is at the 1st floor, which is named B2C

Wonderfully curated selection of goods. Think of it as a Don Quixote with better taste (and higher prices). Lots of crafts, art supplies, beautiful selection of notebooks and stationary, travel accessories, and more.

A really nice huge shopping center with high quality items and decent prices. A nice stop to get gifts and goodies to spoil yourself. If you are a foreigner you can enjoy an additional 5% discount with the attached code in photos on top of the 8% tax refund

Crazy store of each and everything. You get stroller and bags for your DOGs, a great selection of beer from all over the world, creative supplies, all tools needed to get oxygen into your wine and a nice cafe to spend your time waiting for each other. And while going up and down, you can see how many calories you are burning.

It really has everything – and the staff is really helpful. But the floorplan still confuses me. And for people with disabilities it's very challenging because of all of the stairs (there are elevators but only for the main floors).

The biggest Tokyu hands I’ve been to, you can buy literally anything you’d like here. Each floor is divided into A, B, C section kinda like a zigzag structure and I think that was very smart of them in terms of space using. It could take you aback a bit to navigate all sections but you’ll get there, they’re all next to each other after all.

Tokyu Hands my favorite store anywhere! Stationery floors filled w/every writing & drawing instrument possible, and plenty of cards, papers & notebooks to put to use. And there’s more! Pro tip: take elevator to top floor and wind downstairs through every floor to take in full selection across departments. Plenty of solutions to projects seemingly unsolvable, just keep looking. Be sure to check out the basement floor with Japanese handicrafts & seasonal goods.

One of the biggest variety store you can find in Tokyo 🗼. If you need something and you don't know where you can find it. It is probably a good idea to visit this store and see if they sell it. You can find outdoor equipment, DIY, arts and crafts supplies, decorations, pet supplies and many more things here. Pretty good store 👍

Ok, but I expected more. It is very big, but at the end they try to cover almost every type of hobby and household items so that as a unfortunate result they end up having a rather limited offering in each department. To see a vintage cassette tape player department was nicely nostalgic though.

A store that has it all 🛍️ with many floors, 19.215 kcal burned when you reach the top floor 😁

Always my favorite place to shop. You can practically spend one whole day there. Can almost find everything that you need.

A huge "DIY" themed store with a unique floor structure - a lot of interconnected "mini-floors". The store also sells a lot of cool stuff for the house, the kitchen and for hobbyists. Hands down my favorite store in Shibuya (Pun intended)

I came here specifically for hair salon scissors. I'm pretty ignorant in this field. And I later found a store that sold them for hundreds of USD. But, on my quest for those scissors I was recommended here. I climbed to the third floor for my search, but on these floors I saw a lot of useful items a local or a traveler might need. Hair products and makeup, massage rollers, bicycles, suitcases. This store had a lot to offer. Just for my search, not what I was looking for. Still, the store is impressive and clean. The staff were all super helpful assisting me to the correct location in store.

Bought a few things here, floors are weirdly set up (they are like half floor on half levels). Pretty has everything we were after. Had to ask staff for a few things sometimes and they were quite helpful. Cashiers are only on certain floors and they were quite happy and polite.

Only had a couple hours in Shibuya and was on lookout for a Nakiri knife to bring home to Canada. Decent 'department store' selection here, obviously nothing super special as in other areas of town. Of note there's a duty free counter in-store where you can instantly process your refund. Remainder of store provided all the basic goods (and atmosphere) I'd expect to find in a department store, but I can't speak to the quality or economy.

It is a massive Tokyu Hands facility and has everything you would need and more. Just like every other Tokyu Hands with a bit larger sections in each category of sold goods. The layout is a bit confusing but the guide map is posted on the stairs per floor so that helps.

I enjoyed shopping at Hands since 20 years ago. Kind of sad seeing other store closing. Shopping at Shibuya store is still as fun as before Covid. If you ever wonder where can I find this? Hands is the place you should check.

We keep a list of items we need when visiting Tokyo and Tokyu Hands Shibuya fills 1/2 of them. We can spend 4 hours walking and looking (and spending). There is even a booth which does leather work and was able to get extra notches in our belts. We take the elevator up and walk down.

Awesome store, you can find pretty much everything here. It's awesome especially for people who do crafts and stuff.

This store is fantastic - great selection, helpful staff, and well organized stock. It is pen heaven - peaven as I like to say. Plenty of refills and a very knowledgeable staff. They have all the tchotchkes you could want, and many you didn't know you needed. They are great for hobbyists. Dept stores can be a bit frenetic, but Tokyo hands has good focus and appropriate merchandising.

I read the reviews on this store and made the 15 minute walk from the Shibuya train station to find it. I was looking for unique Japanese souvenirs and I was incredibly disappointed. When I walked in, the store looked like a camping/travel/bicycle repair shop. I followed the signs to the Japanese souvenir 'floor' to find that it was actually just one corner of T-shirts and trinkets. Even more disappointing was the fact that I could have found most of these in the main streets, much closer to Shibuya station. I didn't bother going to the other floors. There may have been better stuff there, but I can't say for sure.

Amazing, multi - storey department store. If you're interested in getting lost, this is really good place for that. It has 7-8 levels and each level has A, B an C areas spiralling upwards and having various gadgets, DIY - products, accessories and basically everything you didn't even think about. I couldn't help noticing that quite a few imported brands cost 2-3-times more than in Europe, so I would focus on Japanese brands or products. Worth a visit if you have plenty of free time
