Like most places in Japan, this is very clean and tidy. The decor feels dated and worn, although this gives the impression that the lounge is a very young “ryokan” in the making. Only found snacks and four types of common beer. Single choice of spirits. Pleasant atmosphere.

This lounge is barebones. Friendly service but the lounge has basic snacks at best and limited drinks on offer. It is a nice view of the airport and tarmac but it’s obviously catered to domestic travellers rather than internationally travellers with connecting flights. Also be warned that once you get through security at this airport, there’s no restaurants and a couple of convenience stores only

Good place to relax, enjoy any of the 4 type of draft beer selections among other drinks, while charging mobile phone in a neat , quiet and relaxing atmosphere; before boarding.

Nice view to see aircrafts. Food is okay. Draft beer and variety of alcohol could be the best.

Overcrowded, unpolite staff, low quality selection of drinks. This lounge is comparable to priority pass type lounge, doesnt stand up to standards of same lounge in haneda or narita airport.

Recommend beef curry rice !!!

Jal's service is absolutely excellent, as always, however this lounge is quite small, pretty crowded and has no windows -- I felt quite trapped inside...

Decent lounge in a post COVID world where food can be ordered digitally. Limited options however polite & helpful staff makes up for the experience. The only let down is the shower booking system seems to be a bit hit & miss, leaving me with <10 min to get my shower done before boarding.

This is all you get in the Sakura Lounge at the Itami airport. Drinks and rice crackers 😂
