Decent lounge, albeit small. Good selection of food.

Nice place to relax before flight. Some simple food items were served, including curry rice, salad, sandwiches, cereal, snack food. Wide selections of cereal are available. Alcoholic and non alcoholic drink are served. Aside from those flying business class, those who are frequent flyer members can also use.

Comfortable place with a good range of food and drinks. Go discover the massage chairs. It’s quite good.:)

No showers, no good selection of food, small… for a lounge in their home country embarrassing

Really small and overcrowded. Toilet was really small and without showers. Food was average. Good selection of draft beers. Breakfast selection was pretty average. Most of the drinks you want will probably be available. Will be better if more spacious and less crowded.

Absolutely the best way to travel to Japan. It is a fantastic airline to use with very modern and confortable airplanes. Their service is excellent, the food is tasty and creative and the staff is mega friendly and willing to help at any given moment. Their ticketing process is fast and efficient, their luggage handling is great and they are quite punctual. We will use Japan over other airlines anytime!

Pretty dull as airline lounges go. Especially for something that is supposed to cater for business class and above. Food is average, the same boring food each time. Furniture looks tired and worn. Sockets are old and broken. Seats are functional at best and certainly not comfortable. You don’t want to spend any longer in here than you need to. Why 3 stars? The staff are great, keep the place clean and Wi-fi is really strong, good for downloading movies etc. before you board.

Overcrowded, nor nearly enough space for the number of airlines contracted. In morning (9:30am) while breakfast was still popular there was some lukewarm scrambled eggs and soggy hash browns. The smoking area opened onto the dining space so those seated near the doors had the smell of smoke as they were eating. Not the standard of lounge you would expect from a Skytrax 5 Star Airline in an international terminal.

You should shop before getting up the transit shuttle to your boarding gate.

A compact lounge with full amenities. Seating limited especially at peak times. Snacks are mainly Japanese food. Efficient and clean. Good lounge.

Great service and amazingly attentive staff however the lounge is a bit small and food choice was very limited. Loved the little booths to catch up on some work. Pretty empty when we were there for a mid morning flight
