以前子供が入院しましたが、夜間巡回でベッドの柵を下げられたまま立ち去られており起床時に気付きヒヤッとしました。その件について看護師に報告しましたが特に謝罪も無し。
看護師が自分で言ったことを言ってない付き添いの親が勝手に思い込んでいると私のせいにされたり散々でした。(別の看護師も当該看護師の指示を一緒に聞いており、私の思い込みでないのは証明できており、その看護師からも指摘して貰ったが最後まで私のせいにされました)
また検査時は他所の病院では今から検査する事を子供に説明してやるので、泣きますが暴れてできないことはなかったのですが、こちらでは突然2人程の看護師が羽交締めしてきて子供がパニックになり、それがトラウマになってその後どの病院行っても暫く泣き叫んで大変でした。
子供専門の病院で確かに専門医も揃って安心感はありますが、スタッフの質が悪過ぎて勿体無いなと思います。
特に某病棟の師長は仕事にやる気が無いようなので今後もベッドの柵を上げずに子供が危険に晒されることもあるでしょう。
付き添いされる方は夜間巡回後ベッドの柵がきちんと上げてあるかどうかチェックが必要です。
