The warehouse is huge as usual and the staffs here are very friendly some of them can speak in english and its cheap to buy here for bulk items and the pizza and ice cream here are delicious! 🍕🍦 I give a thumbs up for the people working in Costco Tokomame! 👍🏻 Great job! 👏🏻 The location of this Costco is just near the airport so for those who arrives at chubu it will be easily to stop by and shop at Costco. *But remember that only members can only get inside. Those who wants to apply for membership it will cost ¥3,850+tax for the business membership and ¥4,400+tax for the goldstar membeship

Been Costco in United States and UK but Japan costco is amazing...especially food section. Anyone visiting Nagoya U must visit. It's near to Nagoya Airport.

A disproportionate number of rotund people, scrabbling and jostling with oversized shopping carts. Staff who look frazzled, overworked and probably underpaid. Huge queues for everything: the membership card, the cafe and the cash registers. Everywhere you turn are more stressed out, miserable looking shoppers, many with crying children. Probably the most depressing place I have visited during more than 6 years in Japan.

I do love buying at costco! I especially love their bread, big pizzas and their big cheese tart! Oh and of course buying ¥180 hotdogs w/ drinks or bulgogi after shopping. The thing is, when you go their you might buy a lot of non practical things and are just too much and living in Japan apartment spaces are so small so... not practical to buy big stuff. But then if you live in a big house with a number of family members then some things are cheap to buy in Costco. Don’t forget to grab their dinner breads and really good spareribs which are so fun to cook!

Big store! At great location near airport! You will need a car transportation to head there but they have great assortments of both US and Japan products and more! If I'd lived there it's very convenient for shopping. Many of foreign residents goes to shop as well.

It was incredibly busy when I was there 30 minutes before closing on Sunday. They do accept foreign credit cards, but American express only. Otherwise nice store. Most of the imported stuff is pricier than the United States of course, but they have plenty of unique products as well.

Great Costco near Chubu Airport. Even on a Wednesday morning, it was busy! I could use my combined U.S. Costco membership and credit card in the store, but not for gasoline. They have a lot of the same stuff as U.S. Costco, and they have a lot of Japanese stuff at good prices! The only problem is, where do I put the stuff when I get home to my tiny apartment??? :)

it's a good store if you're stocking for the pantry and fridge. Also, there are some foods that get expired easily before the expiration date, you can return them if you accidentally bought some, the store will give back your money depending on their policy when it comes to food. Bought some cheese slices and got molds few days after (still unopened) store happily gave our money back.

Costco Japan is an experience by itself. Something familiar and something strange for us westerners. Like gas prices that include kerosene and diesel as well as regular and high test at the same time. Arla cheeses from Denmark, extensive wine selections and large trays of sushi are all there. And the place was packed!

Typical Costco store. Designed and organized the same way as any other Costco stores in Japan. So it's easy to get around and find what you're looking for.
