They serve some of the best Gluten-free ramen I have ever had! I was here 8 times in 2 weeks while on vacation. Even though I'm a celiac and there is the chance of cross contamination, the staff still did a fantastic job making sure my meal was made separate. Will definitely be coming back again. Also some of the best Gluten-free Fried chicken on the planet!!!

I must be honest. Usually I am not a fan of those "dirty" old yet good eateries so much loved by Japanese. And I am not a fan of noodles. Especially I do not like the sound some people emits when eating noodles, here in Japan. However for some reason in general I liked this shop. The only single reason I came was actually because they have a vegan ramen and gyoza and I wanted to try them. Well, food was good enough, but not excellent, service was fast, friendly and good, atmosphere was good. Miso ramen would probably be better adding some salt and spices in it, in my honest opinion. It was tasty enough but could improve. Soy sauce ramen was on the contrary even too strong and salty. Gyoza were good, maybe not the best ever but I liked them. Would I return? Uhm maybe if someone ask me to eat ramen together. Probably will not be a regular customer but wouldn't dislike to come time by time in winter time for a quick bite in shibuya.

Delicious! As a coeliac I've never had ramen before and I was not disappointed! There are plenty of gluten free ramen options and I highly recommend a side dish of the gluten free fried chicken

Came looking for a vegetarian ramen. It was a rare find in Shibuya. We took one vegetarian and one regular ramen. Also with extra noodles. The meals were excellent! We tried to come back but didn't have the chance. They were also generously large. We couldn't finish them. Very recommended for ramen and specifically vegetarian ramen lovers.

the Spicy Miso Gluten Free Ramen is fantastic and it’s one of the few gf spots in Japan I’ve been to that didn’t make me feel like a mega 外人 with my gluten free dining. There were actual locals here and not just an army of fellow celiacs. But to the other celiacs please go, you won’t regret it Also: THE FRIED CHICKEN SLAPS

Absolutely delicious gluten free ramen and fried chicken! We’ve already been back to try the spicy version and will be back again very soon. The chicken is so good it’s hard to believe it’s gluten free, but it is!

One of the few gluten-free ramen options we were able to find but pretty decent nonetheless. You order through a touchscreen kiosk outside and bring the printed receipts inside for the staff to begin your order. The ramen is good for it being gluten-free but the broth lacked some of the richness you would expect from a typical ramen restaurant. They also offer a few gluten-free side dishes, such as karaage and potstickers. Undeniably a fantastic option for those that are sensitive to gluten and might be struggling to find viable dining options within the city.

Amazing vegan ramen! I am surprised this place didn’t pop up when I was browsing for vegan food around. Stumbled upon it accidentally while coming back from a coffee. You order your food in a vending machines outside, you get your ticket and you wait for some space inside. The service is quick and the food is outstanding! They also have delicious vegan dumplings 🥟

Very unique Ramen not only the noodles but also the soup which has good taste of fried vegetables. I made orders for spicy Miso and salty flavor. Both impressed me! Definitely I will visit here again when I come to Shibuya again.

I have a gluten allergy and I was afraid I wouldn't get to try gluten free ramen, however, I came across this place and it was AMAZING! I can't recommend it enough. You order from a special gluten free menu (from the machine) so if you can't speak Japanese, you don't have to worry about translation issues. The food was fantastic and the portions are HUGE (don't order double meat unless you can put down a LOT of food). I will absolutely return in the future!

I love it when more traditional ramen shops have a vegan and vegetarian option!! I also really appreciate it when there are more choices than just a shio or shoyu. This wasn’t spicy at all to me and I ended up adding more seasoning to my bowl (spicy sprinkles, curry powder, soy sauce, vinegar) to pump up the flavor.

Here you can find good gluten free ramen with deep flavor. It is brown rice noodles. You order on a machine and it gives you options to choose GF vegan, GF vegetarian, GF meat. They also have GF fried chicken! It is a lot of food and very good. I went twice, once during lunch and dinner. Lunch service was excellent. It wasn't busy so the energy was chill. I was able to show them my allergy card without issues. Going dinner time there was a very thin server/hostess who was very erratic and made the air tense. Luckily the food was delicious I was able to ignore him. The food is gooooooood.

As a coeliac living in Tokyo, I was able to eat amazing gluten free ramen here. They even confirmed that the gluten free fried chicken was not cooked in a vat with other fried things, so that was safe to eat as well. So good!!

I am so happy I found this place! As a coeliac travelling to Tokyo on business, I had been warned that gluten free was something that might be difficult to find. So when different apps etc taught me to order ramen, I never thought I would need it. Wrong! I had the spicy gluten free miso ramen with extra seaweed sheets. The noodles are brown rice noodles and the broth is completely delicious. My colleague was similarly delighted to find a vegan option, and the portions were big enough for these hungry gaijin. If you’ve not learned how to order ramen in Japanese, you’ll be pleased to know that you order at a machine outside the shop that offers an English language interface. It takes either cash or the Pasmo card you use in the underground. The absolute icing on the cake for me is that the place is wheelchair accessible and they have a table designated for wheelchair users, which made me feel so very welcome. 100% recommend.

Coming from the U.S. where it is almost impossible to find good Raman, especially gluten free, I wanted to find a real experience and this place was everything and so much more. Complete customization with little restrictions and even offered a gluten free fried chicken which is the first I've ever seen of GF fried food at a place to eat in my life. I can't stop thinking of how good it was and I look forward to coming back again. I'm not 100% certain if they used a separate fryer for the chicken though, as being a coeliac I had a little stomach pain after that (could of been the oil too), but will definitely return for the ramen alone. If you are looking for Ramen, there's no other place I'd recommend.

Love that you order outside through a machine and can translate/ look at the gluten free options. Beware of cash only, but there’s an ATM across the street if need be! Noodles were filling and the fried chicken is a must here for my gluten free friends :). Hop and a skip to Shibuya crossing and worth doing both the same day!

This is by far the best ramen I've tasted in Japan. Each visit to Tokyo is incomplete without multiple stops at this ramen shop. Their miso ramen offers a unique and extraordinary flavor that I haven't found anywhere else. The taste is a delightful surprise, captivating my palate in a way no other ramen has. It's this unforgettable taste that keeps drawing me back, again and again. A must-visit if you are in Tokyo.

Great gluten-free ramen. I heard mixed reviews on whether the ramen here is safe for coeliacs but I have quite severe reactions to very small amounts of gluten and I did not feel unwell. I recommend visiting as it was the best ramen I had in Tokyo.

If you are looking for vegan and gluten free Ramen this place was fantastic. You can also get an extra large which is huge. The noodles are delicious and the broth is super tasty. Loved being able to have ramen while exploring Shibuya. It’s wasn’t busy when we went and the staff were great. You use a machine outside to order which has English on it. Totally recommend for anyone vegan and gluten free.

Really delicious ramen! Tried the Shoryu and the spicy miso (both vegetarian) and both were absolutely great.

I went here for the vegan ramen and wasn’t disappointed. I appreciate that as a vegan you can have the traditional ramen shop experience of ordering from a machine and sitting in a small ramen shop just like everyone else. They also have a vegan gyoza option (they were just ok in my opinion). It’s a small place so I wouldn’t recommend large parties (they do have seating upstairs but I didn’t go upstairs so I’m not sure how big it is). There is sometimes a wait outside if you come during dinner time.

My friend can't eat pork. So we asked it even there was no menu except vegi ramen. They were super cool. And the ramen was so nice!! I would like to give 5 stars.

Highly recommend for celiacs and gluten-intolerants wanting to eat delicious raman and karaage (fried) chicken! They know what they’re doing in providing a safe place to eat for those with an allergy as the GF bowls are different so not to confuse. Also, I tested the chicken to make sure it was in fact the only item deep fried with no gluten contaminates, and was pleasantly surprised all came out safe to eat! Happy GF dining! 🙂

Bad service, will never go again. The food came very late and when we asked for it we got a very rude reply saying that “it’s busy now”, without any form of apologies. The Vietnamese looking employee who was working there is the worst employee I’ve met in Tokyo.

Trusting its good Google review, we tried their ramen, but It was a disaster...the soup has no flavor at all, noodles are too hard...learnt a lesson not to trust what's written.

It has all the delicious, sinful stuff which I had to give up since going gluten-free. Really brothy ramen and karage.

  • 5/5 Kyoko 1 year ago on Google
I ordered the gluten-free spicy miso ramen with extra gluten-free fried chicken. The gf karaage was the best I’ve ever had! It was super crispy, the seasoning was amazing, and the chicken was so juicy. It’s been really difficult to find karaage I can eat as a celiac, and to top it off it was really good too. The ramen came with chashu (pork belly), wood ear mushrooms, corn, green onion, and bean sprouts on top. I really appreciated that it came with the usual ramen toppings, since most gf ramen restaurants I’ve been to before serve with steamed chicken and mustard greens. The soup was great, with just the right amount of spice. I would 100% recommend this for gluten-free ramen. I’m already planning to go back! Unlike other ramen shops, this store offers several types of gluten-free ramen soup bases. It also offers gluten-free karaage, vegan, and vegetarian options. You buy your meal tickets at a machine outside the restaurant (it can do several languages). The ticket machine takes cash, credit, IC card, and some forms of electronic payment. Inside, paper bibs are provided and hair elastics are available on request. There is a jug of free water if you don’t want to buy a separate drink.

Vegetarian Miso ramen 🍜 very delicious. These were provided an apron and a hairband at the restaurant. Was surprised with the exception facility.

Best vegan ramen in Tokyo. The broth is very tasty. Don’t know how they manage to have it that tasty and vegan! I have been there twice in a week… I’m addicted.

Very tasty gluten free noodle soup and fried chicken! You order at the machine in the front, which is easy, because you can switch to English. As a side dish you can order karaage, fried chicken, for a reasonable price, which is gluten free. It is so tasty – crispy outside, juicy inside. For the noodle soup there's also the option to get it without pork. The service is fast and friendly.

If you want something to eat at night and you are vegan you can be happy with their big bowls of ramen. Not delicious but satisfying, especially for the time

Finding a Halal Ramen shop is a feat but finding a gluten-free, vegetarian and Halal Ramen shop is amazing! You buy the ticket in English, Japanese, Chinese or Korean outside. The service is fast. The gluten-free fried chicken I hear was excellent. The whole Ramen was fantastic and the vegetarian gluten-free was way better than the famous Tokyo shop—This place had a taste of real savory, thick, Sapporo Ramen with plenty of vegetables. I’m definitely coming back here again with friends and family!
