With multiple locations across Tokyo, you will regularly see businessmen lining up for a bowl. For me, the star was the piece of pork which was flavorful and juicy. The broth is a bone broth which mixes pork, chicken and dried fish. This location is off the main road in Roppongi and in a very not well lit area at night. You will get your ticket and wait in line inside.

The Char-su Pork here is really amazing I love it and I come here for that meat. The broth is a kind of fish broth and I honestly don’t mind it and it tastes good but I can’t say I love it. The noodles are high quality and for many people they are delicious but for me I like those thin noodles, these are a little too thick to get a good slurp. Either way, the presentation and effort that goes into this is amazing and I highly recommend getting two cuts of the meat, I always do and it’s so good! One time I went there the meat was way over cooked and a little hard it wasn’t soft at all and I was very disappointed. I don’t know why it was like this but it wasn’t enjoyable at all compared to the usual style which is very very soft. Price is around 1000-1500 yen

The ramen was outstanding. The price range is a bit higher than other ramen shops around (1000yen~), but it was worth to try. The noodle was made with pepper so that you will be a surprise- very unique. You can also choose the amount of noodle, small, medium, large, and extra-large for the same price. You need to purchase the ticket before you enter the shop with a machine, there are pictures so in case if you can't understand Japanese, you can still order. After you got a ticket, sit down and give the ticket to the clerk. If you order ”Tukemen” つけ麺, I highly recommend you to order ”Atsumori” 熱盛りwhich means your noodle comes with hot noodle. If you order it without atumori, the soup will be cold. Really jucy tender pork!!! Worth to try!

It tastes much better than what I expected! High recommend to order the Tsukemen (one kind of noodles). The roasted pork was perfectly topping on the noodles, definitely cannot miss out!

Love this Restaurant so much! We tried 2 types of ramen, both are so good. Musashi is really good. I love this typical of noodle, kinda thick and a bit chewy (kinda rubbery) but this is so good!!! Must try if you visit Roppongi. I dare you to eat their gigantic size 1KG!

Large portions - perfectly chewy noodles to dream of! Didn’t have to queue for a late lunch at 3pm!! Would definitely try out before leaving Tokyo

I loved it! Great flavour combo between bamboo shoot and ramen noodles. Recommend for cool authentic ramen place with atmosphere near roppongi.

My first ramen in Japan. Absolutely delicious. Walk in, order at kiosk, have a seat. The ramen comes with egg, menma, and onions. Don't be like me and order those separately. I'm so full.

Yummy Tsukemen! Pepper noodles were interesting: the pepper was not overwhelming but you tasted it. Nice and thick and chewy. The soup was thick and tasty with a super strong flavor. At the end, pour in the hot water from the kettle on the table and drink it up :)

Definitely would recommend to my friends, better than any other Musashi I've been to. The noodles have a nice texture and you can taste a little bit of sweetness in the soup base, both of which make it a good noodle in itself, though not quite impressive. But with the pork belly, it's on a whole other level. It is already very soft and flavorful, with the right ratio of fat to lean, and a little bit of char on the surface, which is perfect. I have to go there almost every once in a while.

This place serves authentic Tsukemen (Japanese noodles with a bowl of soup/broth). The best part of this is the thick and creamy chashu. If one loves Pork Chahsu I strongly recommend to try this place

Place your orders on the kiosk then take a seat. Menu is straightforward - couple choices of tsukemen, ramen and miso ramen available. Decided to go for an original ramen. Noodle texture was amazing, cooked to what an al dente pasta would be like. Chewy to the bite and just the right thickness. Pork was a bit salty but overall it went well together. I'd come back! Managed to skip the queue thankfully.

Location is great in the center of Roppongi. A little bit more pricey than other taukemens, but definetely economic for the area. You can order small, medium, large of Noodles, well you can also order 1kg but probably you will die haha. The price does not change even if you order the 1kg one.

OH MY!!! Best ramen I’ve had. The pork was out of this world. Highly recommend.

They have a very delicious spicy ramen, the pork is perfectly cooked, and noodles are the perfect size.

The ramen here is quite different from what I am used to. The broth is non-creamy and sort of bland which probably was a bit of a deal breaker for me. Besides that the noodles and meat were fresh and plenty. The staff is courteous and helpful if you need help understanding the menu (most of the menu is in Japanese)
