I recently stayed 5 nights at Conrad Tokyo and had an exceptional experience. The professionalism of the staff stood out from the moment we arrived, with warm greetings and genuine smiles throughout our stay. The attention to detail by the housekeeping team was impressive, exemplified by the personalized touch of placing a bottle of water beside the bed at around 6pm. The Executive lounge area was delightful, with friendly staff and a luxurious atmosphere. Additionally, the hotel’s proximity to the subway made it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. I highly recommend Conrad Tokyo for anyone seeking a luxury experience with impeccable service.

Possibly one of the most luxurious hotels in Tokyo. Vincent (from Taiwan) at front desk started the entire stay in an amazing attentive fashion. He upgraded us to a Deluxe room on the 31st floor, overlooking the bay. The rooms are amazing with every comfort you can dream of plenty of extra space to enjoy. The beds were SO comfortable, the fabrics dreamy, the bathrooms a marble paradise, and yes robes, pajamas and slippers were provided for your use during your stay. The quality of the food and the setting offered good value, especially the Chinese restaurant and the breakfast buffet, just delightful. Truly a wonderful hotel experience. Definitely the attention to detail was par excellence!

I stayed here, November 2023 for a week with the family. There was some great things about this property. it well-maintained, despite its age it's in a very good location and it has fantastic views. . The food is also of a high standard. The service staff and the room attendance both did an impeccable job. There were, however, some shortcomings during the visit, including recognition of Hilton membership status. There was also another issue with the general lack of enough service staff in the food service areas and this was very obvious throughout the stay consistently both in the downstairs breakfast area and also the executive lounge. The staff you had on shift were working, extremely hard to do their best, but you simply didn't have enough of them. There were large queues of people, and I had to repeatedly ask for food to be replenished, both in the executive lounge and the buffet. The executive lounge was also in a bit of a state with many tables, not cleared simply because the staff were not enough in numbers to be able to manage the volume of customers. This is not something that I find acceptable for the price, the hotel is charging and the service level that I was expecting. There is an image attached here that shows this in the executive lounge as evidence. I would look at staying at this hotel again, but you seriously need to review your staffing levels for the price that you are charging, especially after I just came from the Conrad in Osaka where I did not experience this issue at all, and they were also extremely busy

This is a 5 star resort that lives up to its rating. The rooms are large especially by Tokyo standards, well appointed, and the staff is absolutely magnificent! Kudos to Eugene and Hiro for making our stay extra special. The service is over the top and made us feel like they were happy to host us. The amenities and facilities are clean, nice and accessible. The breakfast was also definitely a nice perk included. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This was one of the best hotels and staff I've ever experienced. I've stayed at Ritz', Disney, and other Conrads, but the team, the food, the view, and the hotel were top of the line. I can't wait to go back in a few months! My wife and I had challenges purchasing Tokyo Disney tickets, but the concierge team found a way to secure two tickets for our visit. I worked at Walt Disney World in Florida for many years, and having the opportunity to visit Tokyo Disney was a dream come true, which could not have happened without the concierge team.

Truly an amazing hotel. Staff at the restaurants are so friendly. At Breakfast they call you by name and remember you. I even received a personalized cup of coffee to go. Always so accommodating. The bear and ducks that come with the room are so cute and change depending on the time of year. They have a sushi restaurant and teppanyaki, both amazing! Not only is their hair dryers that comes in every room is one of the best hair dryers in Japan. Their sauna, bath, pool and fitness center is really worth going to as well. Truly one of the best hotels in Tokyo.

I have stayed here several times for special occasions. It's always Wonderful. They have some of the best staff I've experienced. Several great restaurants in the hotel. A nice gym and even individual jet saunas. Killer view from the executive lounge. 10/10 recommend. Only down side is the price.

Amazing property. Service is excellent throughout. Rooms have some great views. Breakfast was quite nice. Bathroom had heated floors! Shower pressure was amazing. Every option and amenity you can think of was in the room and bathroom. Did not get a chance to check out the pool or spa but I am sure it would have been good.

The multi-lingual staff was amazing and cared about us. Multiple certified sommeliers on staff. Hotel felt very clean and prestine. Gorgeous views and conveniently right above the Ooedo Subway Line. Taxis always readily available. Would stay here again anytme.

From the moment I stepped into the Conrad Tokyo, I knew my stay was going to be something special. The hotel’s attention to detail and guest comfort was evident in every aspect, from the luxurious amenities to the beautifully designed rooms. The executive lounge was a highlight, offering an exclusive and relaxing space that truly enhanced my experience. What set Conrad Tokyo apart for me was the exemplary service. The staff was not just friendly and efficient, but they went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and memorable. Their warm hospitality made me feel welcome and valued as a guest. The location of the hotel is stunning, offering breathtaking views and a serene atmosphere that’s hard to find in the bustling city of Tokyo. It served as the perfect backdrop for my trip, adding an element of beauty and tranquility. The cherry on top was the complimentary room upgrade, which made my trip even more special. It was a delightful surprise that exemplified the hotel’s commitment to guest satisfaction. I wholeheartedly recommend Conrad Tokyo to anyone visiting the city. Whether it’s for business or leisure, this hotel promises a top-notch experience that will make your trip unforgettable. My stay here was nothing short of exceptional, and I look forward to returning to this amazing hotel in the future.

Beautiful hotel and great locations. Service is impeccable. Restaurants are very expensive. This hotel is easy to get to from the station if arriving by train. Rooms are comfortable, spacious, and clean. I wish I had the shower at home. I already messed up the bed by the time I took the picture, but that’s how comfortable it was.

I enjoyed the matcha afternoon tea at the Conrad hotel with my friend. The staff were incredibly friendly and the foreign manager made us feel very welcome and chatted with us a lot. Overall the staff are a 6 star team. And food was also very delicious and the unlimited drink menu was great with lots of delicious drinks. The afternoon tea is a bit pricey, but with the great service and unlimited drinks it definitely felt worth it.

Exceptional and flawless 5 night stay this October. I want to thank every single member of this hotel for going above and beyond during our stay. We selected your hotel over Regent Seven Sea’s pre-cruise package/hotel at a lesser property, and we are so glad we did! Your Concierge team was incredible at helping us navigate a private tour itinerary, and our Executive Level room was spacious, immaculate and so exceptionally comfortable! We loved every moment of our stay. Location is great too.

Beautiful hotel with excellent service. The hotel smells amazing throughout. Upgraded to an executive suite, which was beautiful and very comfortable. After checking in, chocolates were brought to our room, which we politely declined because of dietary restrictions, but a bit later she returned with a beautiful fruit plate. The gesture was very much appreciated and made us feel welcome. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. The city view from the room was stunning.

Loved our stay, been to Tokyo a few times and this is now my new favourite hotel. We stayed for 3 nights. The service, location and rooms are excellent. The pool and amenities in the spa are world class. Concierge also got us a reservation at the finest sushi spot I’ve ever been to, we were the only non-Japanese at the counter and even the chef owner asked how we found it 🤣 fabulous job to all and team, look forward to returning.

Staff unfailingly friendly and efficient. Room was excellent, well equipped, huge bathroom. Executive lounge was small but very warm and welcoming. It felt exclusive and luxurious. Very hard to find fault with anything frankly

Stayed here our first three nights in Japan and then returned for one final night before flying back to the States. Terrific location, spacious and updated adjoining rooms, and absolutely impeccable service. The highest standard of hospitality.

Amazing yet beautiful hotel with magnificent rooms and views. More than the spectacular hotel I experienced service like no other with the warmest greetings and attention to detail. Nothing is ever too much for the team to carry out for you. A highlight is the some of the best facilities I have used which includes the swimming pool, gym, steam and sauna room. I highly recommend Conrad Tokyo if you want to experience peace, tranquility and first class hospitality. A special thank you to the ground team who always assisted us in finding a taxi and bidding us farewell in the most respectful manner. Thank you team for accommodating me so well and the small gifts you left us for our honeymoon stay.

Great location and a decent room. The service leaves much to be desired, especially when considering the concierge. We are Diamond, but we’re directed to the front desk to checkin where we were forced to use one type of credit card over the one I preferred to use because of how we had booked the room. I ended up reporting the experience to Fine Hotels and Resorts and it was corrected on their end. It would have been preferable to check in in the executive lounge where they are more knowledgeable. There are nicer hotels in the area, that I am a slightly regretful I booked this. Breakfast was good, but my husband and I wanted to go to the French restaurant one night. Collage and Cerise are in the same area, and when we showed up to see if we could make reservations, we were highly encouraged to instead eat at Cerise because it served “pasta and hamburgers.” I was a bit disappointed on how that overwhelmingly was the theme of our stay. The next day we asked the concierge to book the afternoon tea for us. We were told it was done, but we weren’t given information on what tea we were booked for. I was hoping we would be served the duck which was an upcharge, or be able to add on the champagne package. Unfortunately we weren’t offered any of this information, even when we sat down for tea. When we were eating, one of the dishes had a small black hair in the glass. As we left, we also weren’t offered a receipt. It actually bothered me we couldn’t keep track of our hotel portfolio throughout our stay. Breakfast and our turndown service were excellent. I’m glad we didn’t have to rely on the executive lounge for food as it was very sparse. Breakfast at Cerise was much better. It was okay to stay once, but our next anniversary we will go with a hotel in the Marriott collection.

This was my last planned trip of the year and I cannot say one bad thing about the property. This is by far one of the cleanest Hilton properties in the world. The house keeping does an amazing job. Hidetaka at China Blue provided excellent service! I will surely stay here again when visiting Tokyo .

Nice, high-end facilities. Nice swimming pool, not big but I managed to swim every day without any issues, except one night I went at 9:35 as I was told it closes at 10 but the lady said 9:30 they start to clean. Another thing is the room service the food got delivered late as it was not warm anymore. So I changed my vote from 5 star to 4

As with any Conrad, you will not be disappointed. Great and helpful staff, including an awesome concierge who helped me figure out the bullet train so well that I was booking and rescheduling train tickets like it was second nature. They were very accommodating for my wife, my two young children (ages 1 and 3), and myself. Even gave us special accommodations during dining and breakfast, to let the kids have some space and eat without disturbing others. Taxis are almost always ready and the staff is always a pleasure to see. During our stay, we took one night away to go to a Ryoken. My son kept saying, "I want to go back to the good hotel." By good hotel, he meant the Conrad- and everybody knows that kids are brutally honest at this early age.

All the staff were friendly. The location is wonderful. My room was facing the garden and the bay: very nice view. I arrived around noon, the room was not ready yet. I stored the luggage on the first floor and checked in on the 28th floor. When I came back at night. The luggage were already sent to my room. The executive lounge was crowded during cocktail hour. The breakfast in the restaurant on the 28th floor or executive lounge were both excellent.

There should be no doubt the Conrad is the pinnacle of travel experiences and hospitality especially in a city and country like Tokyo, Japan so focused on service. I could list out all the amazing things the team did to take care of my overall experience during the trip but you need to experience it for yourself. Between concierge booking most of my itinerary for meals (believe me when I say online reservations is not a popular thing here), 24/7 on call service to your needs like same day complimentary shoe shine service prior to nice dinners, figuring out how to work through registering on the non-English Suica app to travel on JR and train lines, or wonderful amenities like Mizuki spa, Conrad Tokyo is the benchmark for luxury travel. *Disclaimer, review by Diamond Hilton member but saw same treatment throughout for all guests.

I must say the duck and the bear has won part of my affection. Friendly, attentive and welcoming multi-lingual services at the check-in counter. Spacious reception area and intriguing city view in Tokyo. Small lounge area with only a few selections. However, the location is within close proximity to various city attractions. The room is relatively standard, but comparatively big. I’ll always remember my experience in this Conrad. 💕

  • 5/5 Philip Z. 5 months ago on Google
Nice, cosy and comfortable hotel. I definitely felt home and welcome by the friendly staff. The restaurant offers great breakfast and food, with incredible views over the Tokyo Bay area. Drinks menu was not necessarily my favorite though.

  • 4/5 Jess L. 4 months ago on Google
Ambience, service, furnishings are great, top notch. Views of the bay are breathtaking especially the sunrise and sunset. I have the diamond status hence I visited the executive lounge for breakfast at the top floor and at the lobby. I like the lobby better because it’s more serene, spacious and not as hectic. Drawback of this hotel is location which is in the Ginza area but a bit of walk to restaurants and shoppings. If you have been to Tokyo and would like a more easy and relaxing stay from the crowds then this is the place to go to. There’s a light rail outside the hotel and a subway underneath the hotel so not a problem to get around.

We stayed for two nights at the beginning and the end of our Japan trip and it completely blow our minds away! We specially want to thank Monica for her outstanding service and we never felt so well cared for! Also the ocean view plus the park view is so calming and beautiful and it can be seen from the lobby bar and executive lounge too. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone travel to Tokyo. Yes and the breakfast and other restaurants are also otherworldly good!

  • 3/5 Edwin H. 4 months ago on Google
For this price point, I would have expected more from Conrad Tokyo. In terms of the hard product, we stayed in one of the suites and the view and room size was certainly fantastic. However, when it comes to the service/personal touch, I think Conrad Tokyo is certainly lacking (especially in comparison to Conrad Osaka). I’m not sure if this is because of the higher occupancy rate during the festive period, but to give some examples - we arrived back last one night and realized the room was not made up and the trash bins were not cleared. It’s always known about the impeccable service standards in Japan. In fact regardless of the price point, we have experienced great service at any restaurants in Japan. However, this wasn’t the case at Cerise, where breakfast was served. The service felt rushed and we felt it was difficult to gain attention and there is an obvious lack of patience from the staff for any clarifications. In summary, if you are considering a Hilton property to stay in Japan, avoid Conrad Tokyo and go for Conrad Osaka instead

This was my first time to Japan. I brought my two children with me. My first impression after arriving after a 15 hour flight was a very warm welcome from the front desk. They were also very kind to my children. The hotel atmosphere was above and beyond. This includes hearing the musician near the lobby, and the wall-to-wall views. This was my favorite hotel lobby of all the Hilton family properties I have stayed at. I am a Hilton Honors Diamond member and they upgraded us to an amazing room with a great view of Tokyo Bay. The hotel staff went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of during our stay. The Executive Lounge was very nice and had great views of the city. The hotel staff were all very kind and friendly during our entire stay. The Japanese hospitality was great. This includes getting pajamas and slippers on our first night. The room was extremely clean and I can tell it was well kept. I also appreciate that they did house cleaning services during the day and evening. We spent a week there and I must say this is by far the best property in the Hilton family I’ve ever stayed as I am loyal to staying at Hilton family properties. The checkout process was more personal as they don’t offer e-checkout. When we were checking out they were prepared for us as they were aware of our checkout time and offered a more personalized checkout than a standard checkout. I highly recommend the Conrad Tokyo for your next trip to Tokyo!

This is my first time in Japan and Tokyo. I have an amazing time staying at the Conrad. The hotel staff (including the concierge, spa, restaurant and custodian employees) went above and beyond to help us everywhere we go. A big shout out to Tomoko who helped us modify a restaurant reservation. Other details: The breakfast at the hotel was amazing; the view from the room was beautiful; the nearby area is walkable and is close to public transportation.

Simply amazing. The attention to detail was just next level. My suite had a breath taking view of Tokyo Bay and the staff was very accommodating and very conversational. I highly recommend staying here whether it's for special occasions or simple leisure.

We had a lovely stay at the Conrad - and also the perfect wedding proposal! The staff at Conrad went the extra mile to make us feel so welcomed and helped make the proposal perfect. One of the best Hilton hotels I have stayed at. The view is very nice from the 35th floor. It’s ten minute walk from Shimbashi station. Not a fan of the breakfast. It’s the same variety everyday. I’m not a big person but I find the shower too small and tight.

  • 5/5 Bats 2 years ago on Google
This was a very good hotel, with services far better than I expected. The staff are super nice and the rooms are extremely neat, the hotel also has a easy transport system, with fast and efficient elevators that take you anywhere you need to go, there is also a pool as well as a bottom floor where you can easily order a taxi. It’s near a supermarket as well!

Flawless stay with exceptional service from your the staff. We certainly felt the family atmosphere and witnessed everyone go way above and beyond to make us feel right at home. Booked with AMEX FHR (also Hilton Diamond) and was upgraded to a Twin Bay view suite. Outstanding breakfast buffet, in-room dining and evening cocktail service at the executive lounge. Excellent location close to Ginza and Imperial Palace and Tokyo Station, with easy access to transportation. Very highly recommended.

This is one of my favorite hotels in Tokyo. It is close to Ginza and Tokyo station area but feels like I am in a very remote area when I look at the the ocean vie from the window. The staff are very professional and kind. I love the breakfast. I am looking forward to coming back again soon for my next holiday.

One of the best hotels we ever stayed in Japan. The room, view, food and service are just epic. The highlight is Peter at the concierge who has been extremely kind and helpful to us and the kids. Thank you Peter and the Conrad team for delivering an unforgettable Tokyo experience to us!

First time stay! From the moment we arrived until we departed, we were treated exceptionally well. The entire staff was welcoming and seemed to go out of their way to make every facet of our stay enjoyable. The concierge staff would greet us daily as we set out and returned from our outings to offer guidance and learn of our explorations. We had breakfast daily at CERISE and had something new each time off the menu and the buffet. We also found KAZAHANA to be delicious where we found new tastes to enjoy. The staff that turned down the room every evening were attentive to our needs as were those that cleaned our room. We enjoy traveling and looked forward to visiting Japan but for the past year the pandemic has prohibited any travel. We had to cancel trips abroad (Korea and USA) and are finally able to see Japan firsthand by train. We feel safe with the measures Conrad Tokyo are taking regarding COVID and were relieved to see that precautions were taken very seriously.

Stay here for 3 nights. This is my first day. First come first: the check in process is ok, but lacking the attentive & refined details of a five star hotel. The ambience, lighting etc is on the dark side in the lobby as well as in the hall way to guest rooms. The room itself is spacious. However, things are not functionally laid out. No tissue box inside bathroom, no vanity chair available for ladies, except there is a very very heavy chair, of which we can hardly move it to be the vanity chair. Might be a bit challenge for lady to move it. Buffet breakfast in the morning. Great varieties both western & Japanese food. Waiter will bring you coffee or tea as well as one option item from the menu. Service is on the slow side in both bringing in the drink/food as well as clearing the finished plates. We ordered the Mont Blanc pancake. Presentation of the pancake is less than desirable. Pancake itself is hard and not fluffy. Will check out other part of hotel.

Great location, easy to get in and out of the city. The hotel is well maintained. The beds were very firm. The food was good. I, especially, enjoyed the view from the hotel. The best stay ever. The environment was pleasant and welcoming. Both check-in and check-out were professionally handled and easy. Overall, I had a great experience; staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect to celebrate a birthday weekend.

Best hotel experience of my life. The breakfast was delicious, the evening lounge access was the best I’ve experienced and the concierge was so helpful-every place they recommended was memorable and fit exactly what I was looking for. The rooms are immaculate and we had an amazing view of the bay right above the garden.

One of the best Conrad hotels we stayed. The quintessential Japanese hospitality was evident the moment you registered with the hotel. Noticing we were new, the helpful receptionist spent over 20 mins to explain everything about the hotel and the area. The room was immaculate as it can be. We also had the best buffet breakfast we have ever had. Overall we felt very relaxed and enjoyed our stay.

Great clean upscale hotel. Great service and friendly staff. Rooms and building beautiful and clean. However merchandise in shop way over prices and restaurants were not good. The breakfast was the only good food spot in there. The other restaurants were mediocre at best. The pool was disappointing as it’s more or a gym professional pool instead of a fun pool with a restaurant near it.

  • 5/5 Chasi F. 10 months ago on Google
Conrad could not have been more wonderful. Staff is top notch. Kind and welcoming. Rooms are spotless every time we walked out. Views from the room and also from Executive Lounge are gorgeous. Do not skip on their breakfast. What a spread of delicious food. The buffet and ordered food was all phenomenal. They offer hot and iced coffees that are fresh brew quality. Tip: Definitely book the largest size bed they have, though, they are small to US/European sizes. The AC was fabulously strong- best we had in all of Japan. Close proximity to train station (approx 3 min walk). 7-11 across the street for snacks (about 4min walk). Very very best views of Tokyo were right from our hotel! Thank you all for a relaxing, beautiful stay. We would not plan on staying anywhere else when we revisit Tokyo.
