The photos don’t look super appetising but the rating is high so i decided to give it a try. Foreigners friendly, with a menu of four languages. Authentic experience, you get to order the dish directly with the sushi chef in front of you. Overall I tried different dishes and none of them disappoint. They are all fresh and flavourful with rice that cooked well - chewy and complemented the fish so well. Not to mention that a dish is generally ard 130-180 yen. Will definitely revisit :) also the shop owners(?) are super friendly - a plus!

Ate here twice, the sushi was quite fresh and the price is affordable. However, service is lacking, especially from the older male chef - there is also this general vibe of unfriendliness towards non-japanese (and non-whites) and reading the other low-rated reviews, it seems I'm not the only one that feels it.

Pretty nice conveyor belt sushi restaurant near Tenjin station, "average" taste of sushi was just good. some of them was great - especially shrimp sushi, seafood gunkan sushi. like many conveyor belt sushi restaurants, price of sushi depends the shape of plate with sushi. cheapest one was 100yen, most expensive one was 450yen, it was pretty affordable. I think it was pretty nice sushi restaurant. maybe I would recommend to ma friends.

liked here much more than expensive omakase! there are turning dishes but most of customers order dishes. 95% of customers are locals. hidden treasure! + english & korean menu available

Fantastic sushi spot, but don't visit during lunch time. For some strange reason they allow smoking... if no one is smoking though its amazing!

We were leaving Fukuoka that day and just went for a lunch. The best sushi i had during my trip in Japan was here. Looks very simple, but people were very nice and friendly. We were the only non-japanese people at the time in restaurant and felt very welcome. Absolutely loved this place.

Staff seems like discriminating..we order twice but nothing come to us so we just left after having two dishes from the belt, very bad experience

Very low price for fresh sushi!Uni is a great deal! Its a small store with only around 20 seats.

This place is small and full locals. We were welcomed and assisted with ordering despite our lack of Japanese. The sushi was super fresh and delicious. We really loved the clam miso soup too. Beers were icy cold. A/C was gloriously cool. Do yourself a favour and visit here on a hot summer’s day!

Terrible experience 🥲 sushi looked unappetizing, and it was not fresh. It was cheap but the quality was rubbish. One of the worst sushi I had in Japan.

Very high quality conveyor belt sushi! Fish was fresh, staff was very nice. No tablet to order but pointing at the menu was enough to communicate as well! 😁

Really nice hole in the wall conveyor belt sushi. Pricing isn't too high, but the quality is noticably better than the conveyor sushi chains. Have never had to wait to be seated either. Kind of a hidden gem.

It was raining so hard that I couldn't see ahead, so I went in anyway. There were a lot of Koreans, so it felt like a Gangnam conveyor belt sushi restaurant, but the sushi was of mid-level quality. It's very good for the price. If you request lemon slices, they are provided separately, and wasabi is also provided separately. I wanted to buy sake because it tasted so much better than anything else, but when I asked, they said they don’t sell it in places like supermarkets..ㅠ It‘s a Japanese sake called Koukai. I recommend everyone to try it if you see it! (The alcohol content is not high and it is mildly sweet, but it feels sweet when you chew the rice for a long time)

Really good quality sushi, especially the 'blue' fish. The have a daily lunch special from 11 am to 2 pm where some plates are on sale. The sushi is handmade too, which is nice.

Delicious sushi and such a reasonable price. I only had dishes from the 150 yen section of the menu (which is the largest) and everything was amazing! The miso soup had big chunks of fish in - so good! They have an English menu and staff were really friendly.
