This is an exceptional place! The hotel is located in one of the best places in Kyoto close to many attractions. Hotel is well maintained and very clean. Rooms are equipped with a kitchen that includes oven/refrigerator/plates/utensils and you can pick up eggs butter,, jelly,bread,tea and coffee etc.. from the lobby. Apart from the hotel's location, its cleanness, what struck me the most is that the owner, staff treat every guest with great respect and they help you in every way possible. Listen my story: I am from USA and do not speak Japanese. One evening during my stay at Estate Tokyu Nishikyogoku, we have taken a taxi from Kyoto station to hotel. My daughter has forgotten his cell phone in the taxi and we have realized it a few hours later. We did try to locate the phone but were not successful. The staff from hotel helped me in every way possible: calling the police station, every taxi company in town etc... and they were very sad about the situation. After we came back to USA, I have learned that the phone is at Kyoto police's "lost and found" department. I have called there and they confirmed that the phone is found but informed that local laws require the found item to be picked up in person. Since I do not know anybody in Kyoto, I sent an email to Hotel and asked whether they can pick the phone for me. The next day, they have picked the phone for me and shipped to USA address. I do not how to thank them. Great Hotel. Great People!

The room was lovely. Quite spacious and very clean. The staff were all extremely nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Fantastic place if traveling with family and need a homely place to stay. Hospitality is top notch with all the supplies needed for breakfast and late night supper stocked at reception. Reception is more than happy to share recommendations, itineraries and even will call food delivery for you. Gem of a place, which makes you ignore it's distance from the railway station.

Wonderful! Stayed for 5 days as we explored the beautiful Kyoto and couldn't be more happy with the accommodation. The apartment was very clean and had everything you could possibly need, the included food and ammenaties are a great bonus. The service was also amazing, the managers were extremely helpful and gave us lots of really helpful information.

Suitable to a family or a group. Bread, milk, egg, instant noodle is free and you can eat as much as you like. The manager is so Nice.

Dies ist ein Appartement Hotel, der Service war großartig dafür! Die Besitzerin selbst hat sich förmlich überschlagen! Aber erwartet jetzt nicht, sie anzutreffen. Die meisten der Angestellten sprechen gut Englisch und sind äußerst hilfsbereit! Wir hatten eine gute Zeit da. Ich würde es in Betracht ziehen dort wieder zu übernachten.
