The accommodation is very comfortable and has everything you could ask for. The location is quiet and just a few minutes away from Kyoto Station. Ryoji is a very kind host, I highly recommend his guest house.

The house located near Kyoto station and bus stop, quiet neighbourhood, very clean and well maintained. The owner was often standby at the house and very responsive to our questions. He helped bringing our luggage to our room and he also spoke english fluently. very recommended! :)

Guest House nobi is an amazing place to stay in. It is located in a quiet area but close to everything you need. The rooms are spacious and the common areas are spotlessly clean. Ryoji keeps everything perfectly and is always there to give you a hand if you need it. If I come back to Kyoto, I'll be sure to stay here again!

We stayed here for 3 nights. The entire house was very clean; there were no issues checking in or out, and Ryoji was extremely helpful and kind. Everything was very straightforward and organized. If we were to stay in Kyoto again, we would return here as this is a great value for the price.

We had a great time at guest house nobi. The location was excellent and the house had everything you need (wi-fi, kitchen, TV, enough restrooms for all the guests...) The housekeeper is very friendly and took great care of the apartment. Also he helped us a lot during our trip. Consider this guest house If you are staying in Kyoto :).

This guesthouse is a rare find. Located near Kyoto station, quiet neighbourhood, very clean and well maintained. It is my first experience in a Japanese styled house and I really enjoyed my stay here. Would definitely return if I ever visit Kyoto again !

The Nobi guesthouse is ideally located in a quiet neighborhood near the Kyoto station. It is very well kept, everything is as clean as it can be and it smells great everywhere. The rooms are spacious and the bedding quite confortable. Ryoji is very nice and helpful. We are having a lovely stay !

The room was perfect, the house also in a quiet neighborhood, everything we wanted was available and Ryoji was a great host ! The house was really near Kyoto station which is a nice location to go around the city. I recommend this place !
