Since it is a domestic flight, there is no meal, but there is a small bag of snacks (rice clacker). There were three companies beer, Kirin, Suntory, and Asahi. There is also whiskey. Coffee, tea, milk and soft drinks. I always drink tomato juice on morning flights. Sometimes beer. Pretty good!

A great lounge with excellent staff. My recent flight from Sydney to Spain went slightly awry about 3 hours into the flight between Sydney and Tokyo. I was planning on flying from Haneda to Heathrow, then onto Spain however, the new more infectious Covid strain caused many EU countries to ban travelers from the UK effectively canceling passengers flying into the EU. Spain was the holdout though however, on arriving in Tokyo I read there was going to be an EU meeting to determine a unified response. I took that as better than average change the UK would be cut off from the rest all of Europe and I would be stuck there. On arriving at the lounge, I explained the situation and asked to be routed through the EU instead of the UK. The team worked tirelessly to get me flights. With all the canceled flights in the EU, it must have been a monumental task getting me seats, but they did. It took them most of the day, but they stuck at it. Absolutely fantastic service and dedication. As with every business, JAL is trying their best to deal with Covid, this means blocked out spaces around the lounge and a reduced meal service. The meals I had were great, the wifi was fast and the team excellent. Could not ask for a better experience.

Very basic lounge with no food selections. Surprised that they don't even serve Skytime, their signature drink. I guess it is better here then having to fight for a seat in the general area.

The person who checks the ticket doesn't know the procedures. Even I was holding the business ticket, I was interrupted to enter the Sakura lounge. After several times checking my status, she allowed me to enter the lounge. Definitely, it is not recommended.

No milk/tomato juice during the pandemic. Had no rice crackers in July 2020.

No food! Genuinely baffling. Not a lounge - just an area with seats and aggravating music. Truly bizarre.

No food. Just marginally nicer than the terminal. It’s got a good view of the planes and one of the beer vending machines. Which is always fun. Plenty of space. And seating.

Nice large lounge, great view of the airport. Please note this lounge does not have food. Just very basic snacks.
