I have been a member for over a year now but still feeling not welcomed by their gym staff. Probably the least friendly gym around. Most of the gym is focused around machines and cardio leaving only limited space and equipment for dedicated free weight training. A lot of equipment is old and in unusable condition. From the beginning of this year their fees increased slightly but unfortunately it didn't translate into any improvements for their customers.

It’s sorta dirty and old. I lost motivation cause of it. They had the sauna reformed which was nice but the users aren’t well mannered enough to maintain. After couple of weeks it looks like a rotten cottage again. Every morning there will be a guy shaving inside the sauna. Every single morning. Which is a bit gross. Staffs are so so. 50/50. Some are super nice. Some just want their days to get over with.

The building itself needs a bit of care but inside the gym they have newer equipment and the kids courses that take place on the arena are a lot of fun and good value.

Decent sized gym with lots of equipment, free weights and dumbbells. It gets quite busy on the weekends and after work though.

Huge place including swimming pool, soccer club, gymnasium and etc. A little expensive comparing with public facilities.

Bigger place than any other konami.
