I
must
unfortunately
give
this
organization
a
1
star.
The
bus
that
picked
us
up
from
the
station
looked
like
it
should've
been
out
of
service
5
years
ago.
First,
we
immediately
noticed
that
every
seat
in
the
bus
has
holes
that
seemed
like
a
dog
ate
through
each
of
them.
Second,
the
seat
belts
did
not
work.
The
buckles
wouldn't
even
fit
because
of
the
years
of
dust
and
grim
blocking
the
opening.
As
for
the
actual
tour,
the
guide
was
extremely
cocky
and
disrespectful.
He
didn't
even
properly
explain
the
safety
procedure.
If
I
haven't
gone
to
CANYONS
before
for
the
same
trip,
I
would
be
missing
a
lot
of
safety
information!
Yes,
he
was
from
Nepal,
so
his
English
isn't
as
understandable
as
the
guides
from
CANYONS
(since
most
of
them
are
from
New
Zealand
and
England),
but
that
doesn't
allow
for
snarky
remarks.
There
were
rafting
beginners
in
the
party
and
they
had
genuine
concerns,
which
were
brushed
away.
The
guide
himself
didn't
seem
to
be
properly
trained.
Why?
Because
he
hit
2
rocks
in
the
river
(which
were
expertly
avoided
by
the
guide
from
CANYONS)
and
the
rocks
by
the
shore.
He
hit
it
so
hard
that
I
almost
flew
out
of
the
raft.
Lastly,
the
shower
room.
There
was
only
one
and
it
was
for
all
genders.
Worst,
only
5
out
of
the
8
shower
heads
worked.
The
rest
dripped
water
down
and
we
had
to
live
with
a
shower
without
shampoo
and
soap.
If
you
want
a
tour
guided
by
experts,
avoid
this
company.
