MIRAI SAKE / KUBOTA SAKE BAR

Bar Liquor store

👍👍 Very cute little sake bar! The bartenders can curate a flight based on your tastes, or you can pay a bit more to do all you can drink within a certain timeframe. Great service, atmosphere, and sake! People often mention sake, staff, tasting, drink, good, experience, kind,

    * A note on grades, a rate outwards from three stars. * A delightful place to take a break from shopping or walking. Located in the basement of the Parco Shibuya. Good value on flights and a pleasant bartender.

What a fantastic experience this was. I have been in Japan for ages and been to a lot of sake bars and breweries but this was the first time the different sake was explained in such detail. The staff were absolutely fantastic. They were really knowledgeable, polite but more rarely, really kind and friendly. We were there for the event and expected to spend just thirty minutes there but ended up staying for three hours. I would especially recommend the sake cocktail and the aged sake (see below). This is definitely in my top 5 bars in Tokyo now I've visited.

Great place to try different sakes and bye the bottles you like. We bought the deal, 2,000 yen for unlimited tasting. Best deal in town!

We did the AI tasting. It was quite fun to try sparkling sake as well as unfiltered sake. I confirmed that I like the fruity sake types and then had a flight of different sakes of that type. 10/10 would recommend.

Really neat bar in the basement of a popular mall. Although the mall is quite busy the vibe of this bar was open and relaxing. We tried a flight of three kinds of sake off their huge menu - one was a special holiday brew tinted red from the color of the rice, and one was completely opaque as it was brewed unfiltered and retained a lot of the funkiness from the fermentation process. Tons of unique types of sake to try and the staff were also so nice in helping us understand our picks and giving great recommendations!

This place was absolutely worth the visit! They had an option to drink/try all the sake you want (self pick and pour) and they instruct you on which shelves have what kinds of flavor. They also sell full bottles and the glassware itself. The manager Sui is ridiculously knowledgeable and helpful. She was kind and even let us try things that weren't on the menu. (Of which we ended jp buying a bottle.) Very laid back and surrounded by an amazing food court. I highly recommend the 1 hour all you can drink tasting. I learned a lot and found out what types we enjoy most.

The hospitality is only matched by the quality of the sake. Try the unlimited packages - they are well priced (understatement) and truly delicious. The staff and owner are a treat - kind and welcoming.

Nice cozy spot surrounded by many eateries around. There was a drink all u want for an hour & 2hrs @ a reasonable cost. Sampled some of the more exotic offerings from Kubota not available in my locale. Staff was able to converse in English which was nice.

A wide variety of SAKE with an Incredible open atmosphere (in level B1 of PARCO). Very friendly English speaking staff. Photos are from their SAKE tasting promo for foreigners where you could taste 10 difference profiles and their web based app choose your Sake type.

Was invited by friends to a free sake tasting. We were given 10 different sake to try, then matched with a specific sake according to our individual flavor profiles as determined by the results of the tasting. You don’t have to be much of a sake drinker, or much of a drinker at all for that matter, to appreciate the experience! There is a wide range of sake to try, and the staff are very kind and knowledgeable. Located in the basement of PARCO Shibuya, which is quite a busy restaurant area. The shop isn’t very big, but there seemed to be a well maintained occupancy limit & there was enough space to keep a safe distance from others (for those visiting in pandemic times). Thank you for a great experience!

Very cool space with a great concept. You can sample 10 sake for 2000¥ (+tax) with an app to rate them. There are also other options including a reasonable nomihoudai (AYCD). The staff member working during my visit was very knowledgeable and understood each sake and the flavours.

Terrible experience with the system and customer service. I was forced to drink quickly and they didn't let me drink and chat quietly without evaluating the sakes through the app, bad atmosphere.

Small modern sake bar in the basement of the Parco department store. Lovely well lit environment and the ability to get recommendations and taste various sake. Did the 1000 yen for 3 pours, some mixed nuts and fish. Nama / summer seasonal sake was so good we ordered another glass each.
