I would give it a one star review but the kids had fun. Please be aware of several key points. There is NO pool. They have a kid pool calf deep, that has a bounce slide, and a waste deep lazy river (that is not lazy because it is the only place for kids to play). Kids 120cm and under CAN NOT go down the slides so be prepared if you have kids that they will not be able to go down the slide. This is one of the only slides on island that has this restriction. Also bring your own tubes. They are not provided, you can rent them for $5. There are NO lounge chairs or places to sit and relax. No umbrellas. The hotel is nothing special and looks more like a convention center. It is very spread out and you will need to do a lot of walking. If you have littles I suggest a stroller. The pool is clear across the other side of the resort. They only had one restaurant open for dinner and it was booked so we had to go off property to eat. The restaurant only had a buffet for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Dinner for 2 adults and 2 kids was about $100 and lunch was about $70. Breakfast was all Japanese style no fresh to order items. Hotel grounds were very over grown and not well maintained. The Japanese rooms are tatami mats, no beds. The western style rooms are clean but small and the beds are very hard. You are a ways off the beach and will have to drive. The onsen was included. They have 4 soaking pools. One cold, one warm, and two are hotter with the mineral water (it is a rust like color). I wish I knew all of this before we came.

Review of a foreigner: this is not a European type of holiday hotel. View is nice. Rooms are ok. Service, as always in Japan very friendly, but this time with no English. There is however no in-house attraction that a European could expect. Outdoor swimming pool is not for sweeping but for walking (1m deep). The attractions are from 90s and water slide is out of service. There is no bed to lay down - only old chairs. There is nothing to see around the hotel as it is far from everything (airport, beaches, towns, landmarks). Two points that we take as a positive: we have learned how Japanese spend their holiday's + the food (especially dinner) was very good. Feel free to stay here for 2 days to experience Japanese holidays, but if you are looking for proper holidays I recommend looking elsewhere.

Last month we celebrated our birthday here. The facilities we like here is the public onsen and sauna. there is also a public pool outside but the weather was windy. we had breakfast (buffet), well the food is good they served Okinawa cuisine. By the way there is activities here like ATV and riding horse.

A quaint little hot spring resort in Okinawa. While Okinawa in not known to be a place for hot springs, the overall experience made up for the man-made hot springs here. The hotel staff were very friendly and the rooms were exceptionally clean. The view from our window overlooked the town of Sashiki with the harbour in view. Rooms are very affordable and the hotel is situated in a great location.

Despite a great room, service, food etc, the personal spa needs updating... very strict on Tattoos in public spa, hence we chose personal spa... but... no view, rusting doors. Lovely place to stay with an amazing view of the bay.

The service, onsen and rooms are really good, but the exterior of the building is very aged and doesn't appear well kept. The breakfast buffet was incredible and delicious.

At first the entrance could be hard to spot due to the sign being shrouded with plants, but the resort is at a very nice location with an excellent view! The staff are very polite and understanding, and the rooms are also incredibly clean. COVID-19 wise, also very safe.

Resort has great pools. Outdoor and indoor pools, lazy river, two big water slides, and a kid bouncy house slide. You can rent inflatables for the lazy river / outdoor pool. There is a delicious lunch buffet at the hotel.

Staff were nice and easy check in. We arrived early and able to store our luggages until check in time at 3pm. They also have a free shuttle service each hour from 10am to 4pm daily to Azama Sun beach where you can pay 3000 yen for a round trip boat ride to Kodama Island until 09/30 (highly recommended/ you need to rent beach umbrella and bring water/food as there are no shade or food kiosks). We had the traditional room with the hot spring tub. Our room was clean, however, there were black ants which was annoying since we were sleeping on the tatami mats. They noted they did pest control at the sliding window doors. We didn’t use the hot spring tub in our room as it needed an upgrade. It was dirty and the water in the tub was questionable. Some of the mattresses has stains which needed to be scrub out. This location is in Nanjo on a hill so if you plan to go to Naha, there is a bus terminal / “Nanjo city office” across the street but hours are limited especially return trips back to the hotel at night. It takes an hour via bus from Nanjo to Naha and vice versa and cost at least 620 yen each way. Beware that at night bus 37 departing from Naha doesn’t to go Nanjo city office as it does during the day. The hotel is great if you plan to stay in Nanjo. The hotel has many things to do if you are with family/kids. The famous attractions are quite far away. There is not a convenience store within walking distance. The hotel gives water bottles daily.

Really enjoy the stay as the vibe is so calm that’s embrace by the nature and able the see the sunrise and the sunset from the ocean view at the same time. Also got to see the city view of Okinawa. We arrived late. However, the stuff was so friendly to offer a upgrade with charge. Explained the faculties clearly with English. Free access to lounge and hot spring. The Japanese style room was clear. Highly Recommend to stay for a night but not for long. Totally worth it.
