Japan’s first emperor, Jimmu, is reportedly the founder of this country. Japan came into existence in 660 B.C. Buddhism impacted Japanese culture to a large extent, if we go by historical records. Japan, popularly known as the land of rising sun or we may say oldest country in the world by age, has seen many empires rising and simultaneously, falling. Japan became an influential country only during the Meiji Restoration era. This oldest country in Asia is also amongst the oldest countries in the world.

The procedure of entering is quite simple, personally I thought it was going to be more complicated and restricted. I feel free while visiting this place....it is nice and well maintained.

The ancient building, doors are joy to watch particularly the area near the pond is beautiful with lots of flowers, fishes and structure. The green area with skyscrapers outside lots magnificent. We can also relax by sunbathing in lawn area. Although not as huge as Shinjuku Goean national park, I think this might be one of the lovely gardens to visit in Tokyo.

Admission free. Big park. Have picnic with your family. Since it is a part of a castle, don't expect kids playing garden.

(Translated by Google) It is good to rest for a while in the gardens, but nothing that impresses would have omitted it. On Wednesdays and Fridays it is closed. I liked walking the adjacent streets more.

(Translated by Google) It is one of the most peaceful tours besides being free within the city of Tokyo. What you can see of the Palace are only the walls But this is not less interesting. Inside the park there are several lakes and Japanese gardens which really worth the visit. I went during the summer but it should be very beautiful during the Cherry blossoming season in May.

A place where visitors should visit. The Edo Castle, formally the Tokugawa family residence, became the Imperial Palace as the Emperor moved to Tokyo from Kyoto Imperial Palace after the Meiji Restoration. The Imperial Palace East Park is open to public. The Nijubashi Bridge is getting off the main entrance is famous. Pending seasons, the flowers in the garden is a beautiful sight!

This is the first Garden I've visited in Japan, so I am going to review this with no comparison to other garden. First the admission is free, thumbs up, second it's a very big area with a lot of beautiful flower etc. This garden is also a place for Sakura Cherry Blossoms,so if you're looking for this, this is the place to go. And if you're already here at this place, you can take a look at the other sights nearby, i.e. the Seimon bridges or the Imperial Palace. Can definitly recommend this area.

(Translated by Google) A beautiful park in the middle of Tōkyo, surrounded by high-rise office buildings that form an interesting contrast. Located on the site of an old castle, from which walls, moats and restored buildings can still be seen. Wonderfully clean, tidy and well-kept. Many lawns can be entered. Admission free, but note that bag checks are carried out. Dangerous objects and especially drones are prohibited! Keep the card distributed at the entrance well, this must be returned when you leave the park. Losing this card means problems, a declaration may have to be made and personal details will be registered. This is not a chicane but a safety precaution, nobody should stay in the park after 5:00 p.m.

The gardens are beautiful (I was there in April), and the entry is free. It is definitely a good option. The area around the gardens is very nice and it feels like a nice escape inside the giant city.

Nice place to walk around and take some pictures, but not much else. They give you a plastic pass to get in and you return it when you leave but there is no charge, maybe unless you lose it.
