ひさびさの日本橋界隈。手頃な価格で美味しい天丼が食べられる『金子半之助 日本橋本店』へ。実は4、5年くらい前に、姉妹店の『天ぷらめし 金子半之助』には訪れた事があり、楽しみにしていました。最寄りは三越前駅(銀座線・半蔵門線)。🅰️1️⃣出口を出て、3、4分くらいでしょうか?山本海苔店(上から読んでも、の‥‥)の裏側(大通りの裏手)のあたり。土日は平日より1時間早い10時オープン。因みに平日(月〜金)は11時からです。11時過ぎに到着すると、待ち人はひとり。椅子に腰を下ろそうかと思って間もなく、中から店員さん。カウンター左手奥に着座。メニューは【江戸前天丼(税込9️⃣8️⃣0️⃣円)】のみ。まさに天丼に特化したお店。味噌汁(1️⃣2️⃣0️⃣円)も合わせて、暫し待つ。
店内はこじんまりした感じ。カウンター席は入口近くに5、6くらいでしょうか?奥の方は伺う事は叶いませんでした。
もちろんコロナ対策にも配慮しており、アクリルボードが左右に設置しております。◎です。職人さんも手際良く仕事をしています。
目の前に💥ドド〰️ン💥と見参‼️なかなかの存在感。🦐海老が2、大きな穴子(半身)が1、🦑烏賊のかき揚げが1、インゲンが1、といった内容です。
胡麻油で揚げているらしく、香ばしさもあり、サックリとした食感。穴子もふんわり柔らかく、🦐さんもぶりぷりでしたね。多くの天丼にありがちな『仕上げのタレで天ぷらがしんなりしてしまう』。そして目の前のカウンター上に鎮座している壺入りの【がりごぼう】&【いぶりたくあん】が極めて美味。もちろん食べ放題です。コレだけも🍚2杯はイケそう。
全体的に胃もたれしない、私好みの美味しい天丼でした。しっとりとした食感がダメで、丼を避けて、定食を御願いする機会が多かったのですが、🈁では無用な心配でした。後に特筆すべきは、【揚げ玉】という卵の天ぷら。提供される際に、『崩しながら御飯に絡めてどうぞ‼️』と。なんとも、なんとも🥰🥰🥰。
