Terrible terrible place! They have a baby meerkat in a tiny tiny cage that is in extreme distress and screams constantly! They also have a very stressed out baby monkey and other exotic animals they are not caring for properly! Something needs to be done about this! These animals are not supposed to be pets! They’re not supposed to be removed from their packs and put in hamster cages for people to gawk at!

For the entire duration of my experience in this store, there was a baby meerkat, caged alone in a hamster cage empty except for food dishes and some bedding. No toys, nothing to provide comfort. The entire time the meerkat was furiously digging at the floor, the corners, crying all the while. There was a marmoset, also kept in cage of similar size, also alone. All the animals in the store appeared to be in states of extreme distress, or depression. There was an Italian Greyhound puppy malnourished to the point where his ribs and hips were displayed prominently. I have heard of complaints of this store for years, but have seen nothing done. This needs to end, but the animals also need to have a safe place to go. The employees seemed nice, not devoid of a soul like one would expect, which made interacting with then very confusing as there was this background music of animals crying.

Please do not buy any animals from here. They are careless of their own animals and none of them has any interest in animal welfare. The cages are filthy and dogs here seem to have stereotypic behavior.

Very adorable animals Loved the dogs walking around ( pug, golden retriever ) But I thought the cages of really different species are too close together.. yes the store is very small But if your going to host a pet store this small I wouldn’t recommend even starting the store I thought some bird cages was not taken much care of too.. 0 stars if I could

This store has a wide variety of animals but I saw a bat in a small cage laying in its waste. It seems a little cruel keeping some of the animals they have locked up. I saw a very bored squirrel that shouldn't be in a small cage.

The animals are not well taken care of. For example, chinchillas need a low temperature and jumping space but those in the shop are kept without air conditioning, no jumping stands and only newspaper as bedding. In addition, cages of different animals are kept together in a very little space. The noise and smell of some animals would make other animals nervous all the time. On second floor, some animals are kept without cages. There are owls, chicken and tortoise released to go around freely. It can be quite dangerous to both the visitors and the animals.

I am a chinchilla owner and I cannot tolerate the environment they gave to chinchilla they are selling. Birds were all on top of them and their cage were very small. Smells bad and was very noisy because of the birds. They were sleeping on their own poos and dirty newspaper. Chinchilla were supposed to be staying in cooler environment but when I see them, they were all looking tired and it was so hot and crowded -even I was sweating and felt breathless. I do NOT think people can buy any healthy chinchilla here.

Interesting animals and chance to see exotic pets. However, even as I didn't believe the reviews about cleanliness and care of the small animals before going there, they're right. Mice and rats are kept in closed bins with little to no ventilation. Even though they're probably destined to be food, they deserve better than this for a little bit more effort... Also, picking them by the tail is probably a bad idea.

Good selection of animals and it's nice to see them all but I do feel some of the cages are a bit small, particularly for the larger animals like cats, dogs and even a monkey. These animals need a good amount of space and toys to keep them happy and... this place just doesn't offer that.

Standard pet shop, cats, dogs and other animals are outrageously overpriced. Nice selection of aquarium fishes though at reasonable prices

Please dont support this business. They do not care about animal's welfare. As a bunny owner, it breaks my heart to see bunnies in small cages without water or hay available to them...

All the animals there are cared for with respect and care! I was very happy to see a nursing mother mouse with her children and many other species! The shop staff are very nice and they helped me explain all the details and responsibilities required to care for the pets. I think that many fail to see that all animals are cared well and judge based on the outward appearance of the shop. Please realize that all the staff are trying their best to keep the animals happy and healthy! I am very blessed to have gotten my pet from this great shop, and I come here very often to get supplies for my pet. Also, many of the dogs and cats here starred in movies and in TV shows! This place has a good reputation with the movie and television industry! I also come here occasionally to pet the dogs that walk freely within the shop! They are very friendly and welcoming! If you go upstairs, there are even turtles who walk freely within the shop!
