Be aware they don't carry Asics Tiger here, they only have running shoes. Go to the harajuku store for style shoes.

One of the complete range store for Asics' lovers.. The warm and friendly attendant really add up to the full service for customers. I had to take out my shoes when I enter the fitting room as politely requested. As a hardcore fans for other 'brand', I would definitely give 5 stars for my shopping experience in this store. Not to mentioned that I start to try their running gears as well 😉.

Great service. My friend and I arrived when they are about to close but the staff still serve us very diligently. My friend being a girl must have tested like 5 to 6 pairs of shoes. But the staffs shows no sign of frustrations. Bravo to the store as well as my friend for getting a limited edition of sakura Basics.

In Ginza, the female salesperson is very very rude. Her face is unfriendly and look like she ‘s angry someone. She almost thrown bill. I’m sure i can speak communicated properly. Her service is totally different between foreigners and Japanese. Please check and see, we were 😡 angry.

I am really glad to mention that the sales person at this store helped us a lot. My husband was not getting the same comfort in a set of shoes but without getting angry or tired he kept on showing shoes until my husband found the right comfortable fit.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Decided to visit even though the online site showed there was no stock for my size, but somehow they had it. The staff that attended to me could speak conversational english, and let me run on the threadmill to test out the shoe. Happily bought a pair of shoes here after the last 2 stores I visited in Tokyo had no stock.

For runners and serious running gear, lifestyle models are best found in other stores or Harajuku flagship store. Great sales person who assisted me getting a size 30cm=13 US

English speaking with all the Asics products you could want including some Japan only limited edition kicks. If you have time, they have a machine that measures your size and gait to recommend the best shoes for you. A wonderful shop near Ginza!

They don't carry all the special edition shoes and clothes. Though you can still find all the normal collection of stuffs and have more available sizes to choose from. The above is based comparing to the Harajuku Flagship store.

I think half the staff was very nice smiling and helpful. The other half was not. Unsure why. But there is a very good selection here. However most of the clothes wouldn’t fit me. Either too small or when not too small neck is too big looking stretched. But some intl fits too just a bit more expensive. Overall though it’s good.

Best shopping experience we had in Japan, thanks to the friendly and courteous staff as well as the foot scan technology available at this store. We got our foot shape and arch analyzed for the best shoe model recommended to us. Kashiwa-san (柏) was very knowledgeable and helped us choose between different models. Also the shop is tax free for foreigners. Will return on our next trip, hopefully we can see Kashiwa-san again. 柏さん、ありがとうございます

I went there to pick my online order item, a big size shoes, but then figured out that my item was not delivered there yet. Fortunately, the staff who welcomed me was superfriendly, looked for the same item as I ordered in their inventory, and gave me clear explanation to cancel my ordered item later since I have got it in the store. By the way, their collection is indeed complete, especially for sport. Thank you!

Today I came to this shop to inquire about tennis shoes, as I really liked the line that your company presents on the website. The shop assistant assured me that ASICS does not manufacture tennis shoes. She also did not share with me if another shop in the region has the shoes I need. Very poor service.

Awesome Asics store, be sure to ask to get you feet computer scanned so you get the perfect fit and shoe for you! Tax free if you spend 5500 yen or more! I bought 2 pair!

If you need durable shoes, get the gel bottoms. The shoes are resistant to scuffs on the road (I'm a biker, sometimes I stop with my feet) and also squishy on comfortable soles.

A male salesperson made extremely good effort in locating stock at the Harajuku shop which the shop staff had failed to do so on the day before. In the end, I went back to Harajaku shop & got what I want.
