Yamamoto San is a great English speaking staff in the golf department and very helpful in golf club fitting.

Very fun to shop here if you like Mizuno. Has everything and store limited editions of snickers.

Products of high quality. Very friendly staff as it is usual everywhere. I went to buy some pants which are for sports but I will use them daily. They are really top quality. I also found thermal shirts to wear inside as well as compression socks.

One of the best places to shop for baseball equipment etc as there is so many different types of equipment!

Was here to get my knee supporter. As expected quality from Mizuno. The staff was friendly but they just seems a little bit worry about language because I was talking in English with my friend but once I use Japanese to ask them, they give me complete explanation properly in Japanese.

Great store, several levels, one for each activity. Employees are speaking english and are very knowledgeable of the products. Easy taxes free process.

Classy and cool flagship store. Ultimately didn’t end up buying anything this time but the staff were super friendly, polite, and non-pushy. Was nice to see Japan only items. Shoes design on the narrow side and the clothing for US Medium is loosely Japan XL or XXL.

Great selection. If you're looking for their exclusive Made In Japan line, it's all there. Like other flagship stores the whole building, all 5-6 floors of it, is all Mizuno. Staff are a little lacking in English(it is Japan after all) but if you keep the language functional and objective they are helpful enough. Tax free prices on the spot with passport and shore pass.
