I ate Kake Udon at the cafeteria in the basement and went home. The building was very beautiful. (Original)

It's really a good place for kids to understand the science behind everything happening around. There are two floors and two separate staircases to climb up and get down. Each floor has restrooms. On the second floor they have a planetarium and a game zone related to science. The planetarium has reclining chairs. The person in charge who explained everything to us has a very calm and soothing voice. The kids enjoyed it. I ran out of time so couldn't check all the games it was fun. No admission tickets for Minato ku residence, 65+yrs old, pre-schoolers. Others had to pay 600¥ i think.

(Translated by Google) The Minato Science Museum, Planetarium, and Meteorological Science Museum are located next to each other. Due to the influence of the corona, the time system is every 2 hours, so you can't fully experience it in a day. As it was new, I was able to experience various things, and the staff in the hall were kind and I was able to spend time comfortably with my parents. It is amazing that it is free without the planetarium. I will go again. Pretty good. And FREE! Small, but enough fun for a whole afternoon. All exhibits are interactive. The planetarium feels brand spanking new — the museum just completed its 3rd anniversary — just avoid the lunchtime sessions, unless you really wanna have a snooze.

(Translated by Google) I went to see a rocket show with a 5 year old and 2 year old child! The show was fun and the kids were fun! Excited. The image of the planetarium was also beautiful. The facility itself is very clean and not very large, but there are many attractive exhibits in the free area so you can play without getting bored. The Meteorological Science Museum area on the 2nd floor is also fun. Visited here on a weekday with my family. The Japan Meteorological Agency is in the same building (so cool!) and their cafeteria on B1 floor is open to the public. The food was delicious, the prices excellent and the staff were very kind and welcoming and went out of their way to help us. It was a great place for lunch before we explored the museum. The museum wasn't large but the exhibits were very well done. They were engaging, interactive and modern. My child especially loved the sunny Harerun mascot motif and statue. The circular theatre on 2F was impressive, with the show taking place on a 360° screen all around the audience. We didn't pay to enter the planetarium this visit so we'll definitely be back! The majority of the museum is free to enter.

(Translated by Google) It seems that the Japan Meteorological Agency has moved, so I went to see it. Advance reservations are required even on weekdays as a countermeasure. However, a smartphone is essential because you can make a reservation in front of you and enter immediately. You can visit the 1st floor of the Science Museum and the 2nd floor of the weather. To visit the planetarium Should I check the screening content and time properly? I think the exhibits were fairly solid with recent technology. The space isn't that big, but you can enjoy it all. However, there is no specialized guts shop, so there is a convenience store in the basement. I'm going to use a specialized corner It takes courage to say that it is a little inconvenient for the general public to enter. .. .. After all, it's hard to know the location. I don't understand the procedure well. It's a shop for people involved in the building, so it's crowded with business people. There are few items related to the Science Museum / Meteorological Museum ... Please do your best with a little more assortment. (Translated by Google) It is a new and very beautiful facility. The contents of the exhibition are so fulfilling that you cannot think that the admission fee is free. There were games and so on, and my kids were crazy about playing. I was able to enjoy the exhibition slowly without congestion in the hall, probably because of the web reservation system as a measure against corona. There is also a nursing room for babies and a multipurpose restroom, so you can rest assured with your children. (Translated by Google) I visited on a weekday during summer vacation. It was free except for the planetarium. The staff will kindly explain the exhibits. I didn't know that the shape of the falling rain was actually a shape of melon bread. I am very grateful for this type of hands-on experience, as learning and curiosity deepen through experiments. I told my daughter that it would be fun to imagine melon bread falling on a gloomy rainy day. The planetarium was also nice. The pork curry in the employee cafeteria in the basement was also delicious. Is a mini curry enough for a small eater? Somehow I stayed there for three and a half hours. Perfect for kids who love science and experiments! (Translated by Google) Although it is a small science museum, it has abundant planetarium programs. It takes about 5 minutes on foot from Kamiya station. As a measure against corona, the inside of the building is disinfected by dividing it by time zone. You can make a reservation from the homepage. Pepper welcomes you at the front entrance, and there is a hands-on exhibition room on your right and a room for events (science laboratories) in front. The toilet is on the left on the stairs, and the planetarium entrance is on the right. In the hands-on exhibition room, there is a corner where you can learn by linking the projector and the sensor using your body in a ring shape. Many of them are related to Minato Ward, and you may naturally become familiar with the Minato Ward area. Most of them use the body, so I think they can be enjoyed by everyone from small children to adults. There are programs for small children to adults, so if you do not compare the program contents, there are some difficult contents for children, so you may not be able to sit for a long time.

(Translated by Google) I have used it many times, but the 1st floor is the science museum and the 2nd floor is the meteorological museum, where you can learn about science, nature, history and disasters of Minato Ward in a fun and easy-to-understand manner using digital teaching materials. . Although the scale of the special exhibition is not that big, you can enjoy learning. The contents of the planetarium are different for each screening, and you can fully enjoy it for 600 yen for adults (I have never been able to watch it to the end, so I can spend comfortably). Small children are not restricted from entering, but if it's dark and they cry, you can guide them near the entrance so that they can leave immediately. There are diaper changing sheets in the building and the restrooms are clean, so it's helpful for 1-year-olds. We sell original goods, but the cafeteria and shop in the basement are open only on weekdays. There are two elevators, so you can use it without crowding even on weekends. There is one vending machine for eating and drinking in the area of 3 bench seats on the 2nd floor of the building, and 1 vending machine for food and 1 drink are installed in the basement cafeteria. The bench outside the entrance can also be used for eating and drinking, but be careful of mosquitoes. It takes a little time to disinfect, take temperature, and enter the building, but you can enter without lining up and it's not crowded, so it's a place like a hideout spot with children that you don't want to be known too much.

😐 Visited for the “Sailor Moon” exhibition. The museum itself was easy to access and convenient. As per the exhibition, it is not worth the hype (for me).
