先日漸く訪ねることができた。
ランチはコース仕立て。４種類のメニューからメインを選ぶ。これがまた秀逸。
この日はイカ(エビに交換も可)と１３種の野菜の塩味炒め。ファーストインプレッションは抑えめ？と思ったが、食べ進めるうちに丁度いい。決して尖らず、然りとて薄くない。しっかりしてコク深く、優しい味わい。
店主と会話したが、この人柄のままなのだなと独り合点がいく。笑
当然相棒も大歓びでなんとも贅沢な昼食だった。
近い内にディナータイムでお邪魔しようかな？
ってことでディナータイムに予約。笑

コースでお願いしたけど、どれもこれも安心安定の裏切らない味。
中華に在りがちな、化調頼みのゲジゲジ・イガイガな味とは無縁の、無化調手造りの調味油的なもので決めてるんだろうな、、、？

それにしてもどれも優しい味。
連れてった連中が悉く「旨い〜美味し〜」を連呼する🎵
店の雰囲気もいいんだけど、こなしにこなしてスムーズなオペレーション、というより料理に留まらない、サービスまでも手づくりの、一生懸命な姿勢がホスピタリティを醸成する。また、満足な時間、満たされた夜だった、、、ごちそうさまっ🎵
