Nice place and nice people they do not discriminate foreigners with tattoos like many other bad places in Japan. Swimming pool could be longer. Play and bath area is big enough.

Lack of facilities. For e.g You can't rent towels on the spot. Non availability of hair dryer. Water is not enough warm in Onsen

Nice Waterpark near Tokyo

Good place before the pandemic but a little chaotic now. They lack staff that can speak English so when we arrived they were stating the rules so fast that it made it a little bit intimidating. I know they are trying their best to accommodate people during this time oh but maybe more relaxed approach would be a more enjoyable for the customer. The relaxation part of the pool is really nice but I think that this pool is not that fun for kids.

Should have read all bad reviews before coming here as we experienced everything other people already warned. I just regret my laziness not reading them and my too optimistic thinking that I wanted to believe this is a better place that worth coming. People who have small age kids should be very cautious to come here.

Not very nice in summer. Being indoors with low ceilings, this is a very steamy, humid and claustrophobic place. There are also so many people, and the water so warm, that it feels like swimming in soup.

Nice place for swimmers even in winter season.

Great indoor pool for kids! It opens until around 8pm!

Wonderful indoor waterpark. Good for families or friends.
