The room and facilities are excellent, clean and comfort. The breakfast is also delicious. Staff are helpful. I was staying on a night before Japanese public holiday, the only concern is the noise problem by the motorcycle nearby. It seems that I am watching F1 in person at night till around 3am.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Yokohama with bay views, private garden, rooftop access and club benefits. The room was spacious and warm with a modern nautical feel with a private terrace and jetted tub. The bed was a bit too firm for me personally, I prefer a more soft and plush bed. The service was impeccable from arrival, to check-in/check-out, club room and dining.

Had an amazing one night stay before Christmas. Staff was the best and offered free room upgrade for my IHG membership. Room designs are chic and had a good view of the harbour. Room amenities are great! Great shopping mall and a 7-11 downstairs. Wonderful neighbourhood!

Very recommend this hotel, I wish I could stay here for the rest of my trip. Beautiful properties, upscale and detail. Get the waterfront room and breakfast. 4 different breakfast choices and made to order. 2000yen/day for parking or you can find public parking by the Pier behind the hotel. You can walk to red brick wearhouse, Chinatown, gundum factory and reman museum. Staffs was kind and helpful.

The noise from the air conditioners on your roof are very loud. They sound broken. They disrupt the otherwise tranquility of the area. Please do something about them

Luxurious and clean hotel located in Yokohama Hammerhead. Rooms are spacious and have large windows with a clear view of beautiful Yokohama. The fixtures and fittings in the rooms are stylish. The rooftop space is open only to guests, and the view of Yokohama from there is spectacular. The hotel is located next to the Hammerhead commercial complex, so there is no shortage of restaurants, cafes, convenience stores, souvenir stores, and other amenities. The nearby Red Brick Park and Marine and Walk also offer a variety of events, restaurants, and stores, so it is good to go there for fun. Early in the morning or late at night, a leisurely stroll around the hotel with a view of Yokohama is also recommended.

The hotel is ideally located, close to all major attractions in the area and with beautiful harbour view. The famous red-brick warehouse is literally next door, so is the ferris wheel. For those rooms facing the other side, you will get a garden view that is not bad at all. Staff here are friendly and helpful. Don’t forget to visit the rooftop and you can get a wonderful panorama look of the city.

Great hotel with kind and helpful staff from front desk to cleaning crew. The service of the hotel is too good to be true, so as the restaurant. And nothing can compare to that 10 million dollar view of Yokohama right outside of your window. Also, the location of the hotel is great for those who want to explore Minato Mirai. The experience was so nice that I actually made my next reservation during the stay. This is the kind of hotel that would make you fall in love with this city. All in all, thank you so much for made my stay in Yokohama unforgettable.

Excellent hotel and the area with restaurants around and close mall is good choices for few days in Yokohama. I loved attentions and price per night as well

One of the best hotel I ever stayed in, not only with the amazing light and clean design but the room was also spacious and offers free soft drinks with lot of options like Coke Zero, sparking water, green tea, apple juice..etc. The Japanese breakfast recommend some improvement. The view from 5th floor is quite nice as well as the roof top from above. The hotel staff was also extremely nice, however if you don’t know Japanese, English communication can be a slight problem during checkin.

Absolutly fantastic !! The room was big and well decorated with all the commodity. The quality of the amenities was high! There was a minibar with non alcoolic baverage free! We went to the wrong Intercontinental and there were kind enough to sent a car to pick us up! The personal was really kind and helpful in every way! I really enjoyed staying there!!

I tried calling the hotel to speak to one of your staff. Your staff wasted 20 minutes of my time as none of them can speak good and proper English and you call yourself a 5 star hotel? It is weird for an Intercontinental Hotel in a big city like Yokohama to not have anyone being able to speak fluent English in 2023. What a terrible service. I have an upcoming stay in this hotel in April and I have already regreted it.

We stayed here on the last night of our trip due to the spa services offered at the hotel. Unfortunately, upon check in, the entire day and the next day are fully booked. It was not possible to book it ahead of time when I checked, I was told it can only be booked after check in. Very disappointing, as this was the entire reason for staying at this hotel to relax. If guests cannot book a spa service upon check in, you do not have enough availability. That being said, everything else about the hotel was satisfactory and the staff were very quick to assist us with baggage and taxi services. We appreciated the attention to detail in communicating our flight terminal to our driver. There are also many English speaking staff present, so for foreigners who cannot speak any Japanese, you should be able to get by okay here. It is a few minutes walk to the World Porter and Cup Noodle Museum, and there is a themed park with ferris wheel and some roller coasters. Overall it is a very pretty hotel.
