We came in the evening because we wanted dessert. Very fluffy pancakes! I had the mixed berry and my husband got the caramel banana filled one. The prices were good. Service is a little slower compared to elsewhere in Japan but just fine by my standards. Located on the 7th floor of the shopping mall surrounded by lots of other shops.

The fuwa fuwa pancake is amazing. Servers are nice and caring. It worth to skip the dinner and having this amazing dish. Salad are fresh and fried rice are good, too.

Got the classic fluffy souffle pancakes and they did not disappoint! So soft, they almost just melt in your mouth when you eat them. As large as they look, they don't fill you up, which is nice when you don't want a heavy dessert. The whipped butter is a little salty, which pairs really well with the sweet pancake and syrup. It's a bit of a wait to get the pancakes as they're made fresh, but worth it!

Food was good, service was terrible. We were there before it opened, as were a bunch of others. As soon as it opens, the staff let one group in and spend a whole 5 minutes slowly walking around, checking on this one group and serving them drinks before sitting anyone else out of the large group of customers waiting to sit down. She then lets one more group in, and somehow spends a full ten minutes dawdling around really slowly, sitting this group down, bringing them water and taking their order rather than sitting more people down first, she literally stood there waiting for them to choose which took 10 minutes, not an estimate or exaggeration, I kept note of the exact time, just come back to them after sitting people. By this point, there’s about 15 more people standing around outside waiting to be seated and she took forever to get to everyone. This isn’t because she was so busy, she was walking around slowly, not rushing. She just didn’t care to see to the customers. The food took a long time too but I won’t complain about that because the chef has to actually cook but the one waitress who was in no rush for anybody was ridiculous. Hire more staff if the staff you already have take 15 minutes to sit 2 groups in an empty, just opened restaurant. Wouldn’t go back. Don’t come here if you’re planning on grabbing a quick breakfast, you’ll be there for hours.

If you are looking for a magnificent breakfast meal or a dessert that is fluffy, wobbly, and scrumptious, then souffle pancakes are an excellent choice. The light and airy texture of the pancakes creates a heavenly sensation in your mouth. The sweet taste complements the texture perfectly. Souffle pancakes are a must-try!

The best fuwa fuwa pancakes in the world! Tried them for the first time but I can tell you it won’t be my last. I’ve tried many others, but nothing measures up to this place. Presentation is perfect. I love how they place each pancake with such gentle precision that it doesn’t squish the pancakes beneath it. Taste is exquisite. The slightly salty butter with the gorgeous syrup creates an amazing contrast that when paired with the fluffy pancakes, will blow your mind. The other items on the menu are decent but nothing beats the original plain pancakes. Simple and luxurious.

This is one of my favorite places in the area. All the selections are delicious. It was my guilty pleasure for over a week. Don’t be afraid to select a different item from the menu, it won’t disappoint. The staff is courteous and foreign friendly. I can’t recommend this place enough.

K so I'm definitely not a pancakes fan but this was something else. It was actually amazing!! It literally tasted and felt like eating a delicious fluffy cloud. The savoury one was great too. Highly highly recommend!

It’s an okay place. Interior is pretty generic. Staff is friendly. QR code menu is a good idea. Servings are big. Pancakes are “diabetic coma”sweet melting in your mouth madness, which is pleasant for the first couple of bites. Not more. The shrimp and avocado Dutch pancake is basically a salad on the top of an omelette. Okay, but not mind blowing. It looks great though. Dutch garden can be described as a gratin on an omelette. Also, an okay dish. I don’t regret coming but would choose something different next time.

Favorite pancake place in Tokyo so far! Very fluffy, very tasty, simply DELICIOUS! They should limit the times I can come here because it's definitely not helping me to stay in shape. ❤️

Only tried their soufflé pancake and I’m already in love! Easily the best that I’ve tried in Japan - fluffy and melts right in your mouth but not undercooked! There were plenty of cases where I went to a popular pancake shop and got undercooked pancake, so I’m glad to have found one that has a great balance! Would definitely come back to try other popular items too 😊 If you’re coming, be prepared to queue for a long time since it’s a popular store..!

Tried the super fluffy pancakes, and yeah they were pretty good. It is overhyped, but worth trying. I came on a Saturday morning about 5-10 minutes before they opened, and there were a few groups ahead of me, so I waited around 20 minutes after they opened. Overall it was good, but wouldn't wait in a very long lineup as these pancakes are not gonna blow your mind.

Wide variety of pancakes available in both standard and "fluffy" versions. Tasty and reasonably priced. The fluffy pancakes while photogenic were a bit too undercooked for my taste. Felt like it was more air and fluff than pancake. Would comeback for their standard pancakes though!

Food was great! The pancakes were fluffy and the rice was warm and cheesy. The service was not good. We waited for a long time to be seated even though there were lots of tables available. The staff were not very friendly once we were seated as well

The soufflé pancakes were amazing! So light and fluffy It’s worth the wait! We will definitely be back here when we visit Japan again!!! Their burgers and drinks are yummy too!! 🫶

This place was absolutely amazing. I recommend the Dutch pancakes and the fuwafuwa Pancakes. Fried chicken was very juicy and crispy. The fries and the dip were made of sour cream and sweet and sour sauce, and was surprisingly pleasant. We will definitely come again.

Came to try the fluffy pancakes and was not disappointed. Good tasting pancakes, nothing too too special however. I was pleasantly surprised by the buttermilk coconut pancakes, some of the best pancakes that I’ve ever had. Expect to pay 1,500 Y for a plate.

Oh my God, the Fuwa Fuwa or Japanese fluffy pancake is a must try. It is so deliciously good. It's like a cream puff but 500% better haha. It's soft and fluffy. It takes 20 minutes to make. You might want to order 2 cause it goes down so fast! I wish I could make this at home. Their coffee is also good too. Premium coffee, I drink it black.

We went on a recommendation and waited in line for 1.5 hours, although there were often free tables where no one was seated for 15 minutes. There are a lot of waiters, but they work terribly, they are slow, they do everything reluctantly, although it doesn’t look like they have a lot of work. Some people are brought menus and water, others sit for half an hour without it. They cook for a very long time. And it would be nice if it paid off in taste, but the taste of their pancakes is simply terrible. We took the signature Danish and pancake with mascarpone and strawberries. These are the worst pancakes we've ever eaten, they're just disgusting. This is just a pretty picture, but their cook should be ashamed of their taste. We eat pancakes in many places and Japanese fluffy pancakes in particular. I don’t advise anyone to go there, it’s not worth your money and time.

As Americans visiting for the first time, we were satisfied. They’re located at the very top of the building and our wait time was 1 hr 15 mins. Once we were given a table, we waited ~30 mins for our food. Overall, super tasty.

Came here to try those thick jiggly pancakes. And... it was decent. It tasted good but it's probably not something I would crave or miss fondly in a few months. We got the pancakes with fruits, and the baked apple cinnamon pancake. It's somewhat expensive for what you get. It was approximately 1200-1400yen per plate

Best pancake 🥞 in Shinjuku Central…both savoury & sweet options matched with nice iced-coffee & hot Earl Gray tea. Snaking long queue of all ages & nationalities. Boom! 💥

I ordered the ふわふわパンケーキand let me tell you it was amazing. The pancake was so soft and fluffy let alone melting in my mouth! The price is generous for the portion and quality of the food and service. Definitely recommend if you’re visiting in Japan and love fluffy pancakes! 🥞

Awesome presentation for both sweet & savory dishes... Large portions to satisfy one's appetite... Relaxing ambience with soft lighting & spacious table setting ☺️☺️☺️

Worth the money but not the long wait! Huge portions and delicious, but we waited for an hour on a Saturday afternoon. Had the Dutch Baby pancakes, mine with lemon and butter, my husband the savoury one with cheese and vegetables. Will come again if there is nless people in the queue.

Great fluffy pancakes, I had the chocolate and banana verity. It was a little difficult to find, it's on the 7th floor of the station.

Service was terrible even with plenty of staff. Pancakes were presented well and tasty enough if you like eating basically air. I get that's the style but I'm not a fan. If you like this style they might be amazing. Quite expensive for what you get but

I had the coconut pancakes and the shredded coconut on top was crispy and delicious with the sprinkling of powdered sugar compliment. My friend had a waffle covered in fresh strawberries, scrumptious 😋

懐かしいですよ。 Having grown up eating at the American locations, it was nice to see that the recipe safely made its way across the ocean. Very similar taste to the American experience. However, unlike most American breakfast places, the coffee does not have refills. It gets very crowded and isn't a huge space. So, come early.

Our pancake was really bad. Not worth the money we paid. Staff were really friendly though.

Seems like a good place for couples. The menu offers a variety of choices like burger, meat with rice, and of course souffle pancakes. Pancakes were good and photo worthy. The Dutch baby was too salty for me. Generous portions

Really good pancakes one of the lightest we have had in Japan. I tried one of the mascarpone filled ones it was delicious. There was a little wait out side and then when we ordered the staff said it would take 15 minutes which is fine. We noticed that with our order and other people’s they did come out at different times, but if you like sharing with each other just start on the one that arrives first 😀

😠 Unfortunately we had high hopes for this place given the review on multiple social media platforms. We ordered around 10,000 yen worth of food in total sew the receipts.
