Overall deserving of 5 Stars especially for big groups or family. Checkin and checkout is smooth without hassle and no errors. The rooms are big for a tokyo location and family centric with space for family of 6 for us. Bunk bed was fun for kids and TV was huge. Enough space for even 5 big luggage to be fully open. Location wise its in a residential area with ample sized park/playground in front. Nearby also there are 7-11 and lawson. Restaurants are also located within 5-10mins within the neighbourhood. Also a vending machine stop with 8 machines is just downstairs. Kayabacho station is nearby and offers good connection to Tokyo station. More importantly the staff was super friendly and answered us promptly. But do note there is very very minimal space for luggage storage.
