I rarely write reviews but this experience made me so uncomfortable I won’t return to this H&M. The long blonde hair sales associate is so rude. Every single time I come to this H&M and I try something on I get an attitude from her. I don’t understand why you work in retail if you clearly don’t like your job. Today I simply asked for an extra size, and was refused and told to get it myself. I understand that the change room was slightly busy at this time so I would’ve been willing to wait, or even if it was explained politely that she wasn’t able to get the size, I would’ve been more understanding. But the attitude I received from her was like she was snapping at me I had done something wrong to ask her to do her job ? She completely projected her bad mood on to me so I left quickly without buying most of what I needed.

Very large H&M store with a wide selection to choose from. Also, it may be the biggest H&M building I've seen to date.

Great selection of clothes; both formal and informal for people of all sizes and height. Looking forward to 27cm shoes though to be displayed though.

The clothes are trendy and stylish. What I love about the clothes is how the colors and pieces are put together. They are also easy to be mixed and matched with other colors/clothes, depending on your mood or style. You'd also know that the clothes would always remain on trend, which means you could wear them for a long time.

It's very big 4 storied building. A family store to buy clothes and accessories for all age groups. A walk away from most crowded Shibuya station Hachiko exit. As they have summer sale going on we were quite happy and satisfied with things we jave brought. Otherwise I think bit expensive to buy.

Always a nice store to shop in. Had a great sale w/ up to 70% off.

There’re lot of counter but they only open 2 counter on first floor this is so disgusting I waited up to 20 minutes

2023/11 Not a lot of options of clothes but the display is bright and clean though. Dressing rooms are not so thoughtful, lack of mirrors for different angles. The style of this season is pretty strange and not for everyday wear. I'll go straight to ZARA and Uniqlo in the future.

Limited selection compared to other H and M's I've purchased from, which was surprising since this one was in Tokyo, expected more...

Good to buy basic items like tees and socks. Latest styles and seasonal fast fashion is always available with reasonable prices.

Went to the store today and I met a very kind staff. It was my first time in autumn and she showed me some options. She was so helpful and understanding. I certainly have not met a sales staff like that in Tokyo. I’m not sure of the name but “Paula” (I think) made my day. Thank you ☺️

The men's range has become much more Japanese and less Western in style than before (big kiddie plastic buttons etc) which I have nothing against except now it's no different to anywhere else in Tokyo.

Best ribbed jeans iv ever had came from this shop, they fit perfectly!! However I don't want to criticise but some of the staff were abit miserable 😕 but it could of been there off day we all have them. But other than that the H&M here was clean, everything was laid out perfectly colour coordinated 😁

Good selection of Men's wear but not really flag store worthy. It's basic.

Some clothes have holes on them but still for sale. It’s too busy. And the clothing is quite Shonan style mostly aimed at people 17 years old.

I like the cloth items and all ... But some of the staff members aren't nice at all for the customers I'm sorry .. I hope there will nice staff member so customers feel more comfortable ...
