Very friendly staff, comfortable and reasonably sized rooms & bathrooms, and the one restaurant I went to (Pomme d'amme or something?) was great for breakfast. I can't comment on the three other restaurants since I didn't go there. The most awesome thing about this place is its location - you couldn't get any better if you tried, short of actually living in the train station. It is just across the road from the Marunouchi North Exit of Tokyo train terminal. Price was a little expensive, but still very reasonable for a hotel in this prime location.
