建物は新築でキレイだし進行も早くスタッフ対応もとても丁寧です。
人間ドック8:00~受付開始で9:10には検査終了しました。
だがせっかく早く終わっても食堂営業開始が9:30〜なので結局少し待ちます。
食堂にはフリードリンクもあるし景色もとてもキレイです。
欠点は受付時間が8:00〜となっていたので車でのんびりしてると7:30頃から人がゾロゾロ入館して行く。
おかしいと思って行ってみるとどうやら先行受付を始めてる。
どう言う事か係員に尋ねると7:30〜整理券を配り始めるらしい。
確かに事前に頂いた案内に受付前に整理券を配るとは記載があるが7:30〜とは記載がなく初めて受診する人は注意が必要。
正直に8:00に受付すると10人以上に整理券が配布されており自分よりも先に進行されます。
だったら事前案内書に整理券は7:30〜配布しますと記載するべき。
今後も継続してここで受診したいと思っているがとてもイヤな気分になった。
上記の様な思いをした受診者は結局受付に文句を言いたくなる訳で、でも受付が案内書を作成している訳では無いので受付も困る。
混雑を避ける目的とは言え整理券配布時間ぐらい案内書に記載するべきと思いました。
