It was not ok. At the entrance I was stopped strongly to show my picture which I don't mind at all. But due to the sudden action by a young Lady Yuko. She didn't ask the people ahead of me neither the people came after me or while waiting for another young lady Motoko and another handsome guy from administration. To explain what happened. I do agree and followed the regulations to enter COSTCO for almost 28 years. And the courtesy was at least to ask the members who came after me at least to show me that she did not discriminate against me. I know it's very proper to ask me ,and I did show it happily , it has my picture . I hope you consider this in the future. I was hurt. Some old heads would bully me while i would work there, the supervisors wouldn’t absolutely do anything about it. Wouldn’t recommend.

Due to COVID, only family members that live in the same address are able to go in. If you are bringing a friend in, the friend will have to sign up for membership in order to enter... (The system doesn’t make sense...) Don’t really have the American selection of products, mainly domestic and imports from Korea.

Staff very unfriendly and rude.Not bagging the items is fine but awkwardly throwing the food I’ve just bought, is unacceptable.

Cheap .. few more Western brands (compared to local stores) .. busy in bulk..or share with some friends ...most importantly ----1) you can get coconut oil!!.... 2) Thai rice (looks like Indian rice) ...3) Indian (Kerala-Malabar ) spices ....4) Salmon is not expensive ...5) vide variety of cheese ...6) do try the cheese tart (yummy)...7) frozen fruits

Best place to walk around and get wholesale products. There’re many interesting items both fresh/frozen foods, beverages, alcohol, and home appliances. You need to be membership to enter.

Really like this store but the location is not so good. Really far from the station so you need a car. But basically because most of what you can buy is “big size” so... Never go on weekends or any “holidays” or “pre-holidays”. Super crowded.

I like Costco. And, as an American, I felt right at home. It is almost the same kind of store with all of the Costco brand items and product merchandising as I'm used to. Great prices of course. And, if you see something you like, grab it right then and there because it may not be available next time.

If you're in the Kitakyushu area, this Costco is an easy find with all outside, one level parking.

Please avoid weekend, it too crowded..

A good wholesale to shopping, but need to apply for membership card, 1 member card can enter 2 person. Got large parking lot, and got bus stop. Their pizza is the best
