We
were
at
Fukuoka.
Unfortunately,
our
son
was
very
sick.
We
were
recommended
(by
both
the
customer
service
at
Hakata
station
&
our
hotel)
to
this
clinic,
as
it
had
an
English
speaking
doctor.
However,
we
had
a
very
bad
experience:
1)
We
were
informed
that
the
clinic
has
a
lunch
break
at
1pm
and
re-opens
at
3pm.
So
we
waited
outside
the
clinic
from
2.45pm.
An
elder
nurse
wearing
spectacles
saw
us
and
rudely
said
in
Japanese
(knowing
that
we
don’t
speak
the
language)
that
reservation
is
required.
We
used
Google
translate
to
ask
her
if
we
could
still
see
the
doctor
despite
no
reservation,
but
she
rudely
pointed
at
a
sign
in
Japanese
and
said
in
Japanese
that
reservation
is
required.
Although
she
was
wearing
a
mask,
we
could
see
from
her
eyes
and
hear
from
her
tone
that
she
was
irritated
(even
though
we
did
nothing).
Our
young
son
was
coughing
very
badly
(almost
every
3
seconds
or
so)
and
crying
throughout,
but
she
didn’t
even
ask
if
we
are
OK
or
gave
any
other
suggestions.
When
she
opened
the
clinic
door
at
3pm
and
saw
us
again,
she
looked
visibly
irritated
and
still
said
that
reservation
is
required.
However,
when
another
Japanese
patient
walked
in
the
clinic
from
behind
us,
she
smiled
and
attended
to
the
patient
while
ignoring
us.
The
clinic
is
small
and
we
initially
hesitated
to
enter
as
we
didn’t
know
if
there
were
any
other
nurses
around.
But
we
went
in
anyway
as
our
son
was
really
sick
and
we
were
quite
desperate.
We
bypassed
her
and
spoke
to
another
nurse.
We
thought
what
we
saw,
was
that
the
elder
rude
nurse
telling
the
nurse
that
we
spoke
to,
not
to
bother
about
us,
since
we
have
no
reservation.
However,
the
other
nurse
let
us
in
anyway.
So
if
it’s
possible
to
see
a
doctor
despite
no
reservation,
why
all
the
rudeness
and
resistance
from
the
elder
rude
nurse?
2)
The
whole
process
from
entering
to
leaving
the
clinic
took
about
2h
15mins,
even
though
we
were
the
first
walk-in
patient.
30mins
-
just
to
receive
a
form
to
fill
in
our
son’s
particulars
and
his
temperature
taken.
30mins
-
to
wait
for
the
doctor.
30mins
-
consultation,
with
the
doctor
asking
/
telling
us
the
same
things
4-5
times.
45mins
-
to
wait
for
medicine
and
payment.
3)
We
had
to
use
Google
translate
to
communicate
with
the
nurses
as
they
know
zero
English.
4)
The
medicine
bottles
given
look
shabby
and
do
not
look
professional
at
all.
Do
not
recommend
this
clinic
at
all.
But
when
we
enquired
for
English
speaking
clinic,
this
seems
to
be
the
only
one
around
Hakata
/
Tenjin.
Unless
you’re
really
desperate,
you
should
give
this
clinic
a
miss.
