This is the store that sells computers, not the 2nd store. Also there's no floors, all one floor you just gotta walk forwards. Very helpful staff, can order customized laptops from here. For example ones with or without word or antivirus, touch screen etc to meet ur needs or reduce price. I went up to a clerk and said what I was looking for. They referred me to another clerk who asked me some questions and referred an appropriate laptop model. Apparently if you order custom it takes about a month to deliver, so watch out for that though.

It's always going to be cheaper online, but for sheer variety and immediate choice, a good place to go

Tenjin 1st store is on one massive level across 2 buildings, but seems smaller than Tenjin 2nd store, Has no toy section, but very good for tech and computers. Has an upper level accessible from the computer section with a Softbank that sells second hand tech and anime stuff. Preferred Tenjin second store as it seemed to have a larger range of goods. Best to think of this store as their tech specialty store in Fukuoka, so to speak :)

There is a train over the earphone section. Who the hell put the section here? The noise is distracting if you want to evaluate the sound quality. But on the contrary, it's probably the best place to test ANC earphones.

All your camera needs, bodies, filter, lenses. New and used and also buy and sell. The last time upgraded two lenses got decent money and purchased a very affordable Sigma 24-70. I use it all the time. They also provide printing services, equipment cleaning services. Great store.

After visiting other two shops, where customer support was on the NEGATIVE side (started despairing as they really did not want to help and refused to understand), here I received SUPER SUPPORT. Ms Kasuga went out of her way to make sure what I needed was possible. Mr. Esaki, in technical assistance, obviously knew what he was doing and expertly we configured my new Japanese computer in English. One of the best places to pick up wines and spirits from among a huge selection and at great prices. Of course the store carries many other products but they seemed to have emphasized the liquor area just inside the entrance off the street.

the whole store rattles as traons pass over you... also doesnt have a lot of things, like the laptop i wanted to look at.. and coukdnt try on airpods... overall not as good as hakata yodobashi

the bic camera store sells a lot of peripherals ranging from medicine to electronics. the price they put is usually the same with their online store. the store layout however gets a little bit confusing after the smartphone floor. definitely one of the best place to buy or browse electronics

When buying a new phone or switching carriers, the team at Bic Camera are second to none. After visiting the so called "leaders" in and around town who couldn't set up my unlocked Sony Xperia purchased overseas, the young man at Bic had me out the door in 30 minutes with a great rate plan and full function of my new toy. Excellent work!

Smaller than the 2nd shop, and I think shops in Osaka and Tokyo offer a lot more variety of products... Here in Hakata it looks like just an ordinary local electronic retail

Looks like a small store but it actually isn't. The compartments are divided in to A B C which are extended towards southern Tenjin. If you are here for the cheap prices, you probably aren't in the right place. This place is variety over price. Their main products are electronics but they also sell cosmetics to even golf clubs.

The staff was super friendly! They gave good recommendations and it was a very pleasant experience. (We even chatted with a staff member regarding how long it takes to speak Japanese well lol)
