At the Ohori Park Subway Station, which serves the Kuko Line; the tracks are sandwiched between two side platforms. Platform 1 is for trains heading to Tenjin, Hakata and Fukuoka Airport, whereas trains traveling in the opposite direction to Meinohama and Karatsu stop at Platform 2. Use Exit 3 or 6 if visiting Ohori Park, Japanese Garden and Fukuoka City Art Museum. Exit 5 is closest to Maizuru Park/Fukuoka Castle Ruins.

Best way to get to ohorikoen

As I was exploring Fukuoka, I decided to go to Ohori Park and this subway line was directly to it. As I always am, I got confused which way was the park after exit, luckily, there was a sign saying which exit.

The most beautiful, majestic, inspiring and the most ohorikoen station you will ever encounter.

Nice place for jogging, strolling, relaxing. Huge park with a lagoon with boat rides, a resto, Japanese garden, coffee shop, museum, play park.
