    サビース良くない!Bought new tire and mags asked them to install but did not clean the contact plate, very disappointed

    Very helpful! They were easy to communicate with even if they did not speak English. I would give them 5 star but it was expensive (for just a battery and a battery installation). But if you want the job done right with no stress involved, then I would recommend coming here. Easy to get too if your coming from base.

    AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! you are getting ripped off if you receive any services or buy anything from this store. I was being charged double the retail price for a car battery and just to do simple car services they wanted to charge me over 2K. I have been in Japan for 15 years and I never been attempted to been robbed like this store has. I am extremely disappointed and I do not recommend especially if you are a foreigner.

    I’ve always been happy with the quality of service here, though it’s not cheap. The ladies at the service desk are friendly and will use Google Translate to help identify your issue. If you have a simple need and can look up how to say your issue in Japanese prior to showing up, you’ll have an easier interaction. I bought a points card on my first visit three years ago. I have no idea if I’ve earned any points or saved any money. They sell every weird car accessory you can imagine, from samurai sword shift knobs, to wrap around seat fans, to an entire aisle of car cologne.

    Very helpful! They work really hard to make the language barrier manageable for you and they will carefully use a translator device to help you understand everything. They also have a translator that types out emails for you to update you on the status of your vehicle. They are quick, efficient, and thorough!

    Great customer service, quality work, and easy to work with for Americans. Not being able to speak much Japanese isn't a problem, they are very patient and friendly to non-japanese. Some of the staff know some basic English and will use translators on their tablets to fill in the gaps. I get my oil changed regularly, and had JCI done here as well. Every visit is easy and hassle free. Prices are reasonable for the service and repairs. I can't speak to prices of aftermarket parts and accessories sold in the store since I don't look or buy any other that. You don't get up-sold ridiculously overpriced "recommended" service options and they are upfront about pricing for all repairs listing item cost and labor cost.

    Excellent service! Incredibly helpful, kind, and willing to go above and beyond! Ordered several parts here that took quite sometime to be made and delivered to this location by the manufacturer. Yellow Hat Staff were very apologetic at the delays (despite being completely outside their control) and keep me abreast of all shipping updates!

    I got my oil change today, and honestly, it went extremely smooth. I put it off for way too long. I told them what kind of car I have and they recommended an oil filter along with the oil change. I accepted. I took a star because I could not communicate clearly that I wanted the same brand of oil filter, they don't carry it but getting an understanding was tough. I appreciate them helping me and how nice and patient they had. I'll be back for my next!
