    ダイエット目的で初めて、既に3年も続けることができているのも信頼できるトレーナーさんに出逢えたから。 トレーナーさん自身も常に大会に向けて努力されており、その姿を見ると自分自身も頑張ろうと思わせてくれます。そのおかげで約8kgも痩せることができました。トレーニングはキツいですが、その分楽しいです。これからも通い続けたいと思います^^

    トレーナーさんのスキルが高いです。体型にあった動きかたを教えてもらえるので、毎回よく効きます。過去最短で効果を感じました。フォームや栄養バランスのアドバイスが的確なのだと思います。がむしゃらな追い込みはなくリラックスしてトレーニングできます。健康のためにつづけていきたいです。

    長く様々なジムに通っていましたが、広島でパーソナルジムに行くならこのジムと断言できます。 全国トップレベルのフィジーカーが代表を務めており、男性・女性両視点で真剣なボディーメイクから軽めのダイエット目的まで幅広く、その人の目的に応じてトレーニングや食事のアドバイスをしてくれます。 私は妻が代表にみてもらっていますが、妻に合わせたトレーニングはもちろん、食事等は妻の目的(軽めのボディーメイク)に応じて無理のない提案を進めてくれています。 トレーニングや食事に関して”決して無理強い”はしませんし、優しく背中を押してくれるジムです。 代表はゴリラのような見た目ですが、その見た目に反しておしゃべり好きなので、トレーニング以外のおしゃべりも普通に楽しめる所もポイントが高い所です。

    近隣に駐車場も多く、利用しやすい立地です!インスタで見て、ずっと行ってみたいと思っていた所。ジムの情報もインスタで、コンスタントに流してくれて初めて行く方も安心できます。 ジムの中もとてもきれいでかっこいいで。筋トレ初心者でも、経験者でもトレーナー陣がしっかり丁寧に教えて下さいます。トレーニング以外でも、食事やコンテストの事などたくさん情報をくださるので、頼りにしています。 半年後の自分がどう変わるか楽しみにさせてくれるジムですよ!

    Tシャツを着た時の背中のラインが気になり、このままでいいのか??とトレーニング初心者でしたが一念発起して通いはじめました。 最初は体重は落ちなくても引き締まれば!と思っていましたがトレーナーの熱心な食事指導と生活指導で思った以上の成果が出ました。通う前より食事量は増えていますが、キープできています。 無理な食事制限もなく、できないトレーニングはできる物に変更してくださったりパーソナルトレーニングだからこその良い事が詰まった場所だと思います。 個室なので人の目も気にならなくて良いです。

I'm basically lazy, so I quit a gym that required strict diet control, but I'm not forced to do anything here, so I'm able to continue working at my own pace for a long time. On the other hand, all of the trainers are top trainers who are top contestants, so if you want to get serious about it, you can have them supervise you.     My boyfriend invited me and we started going together. I was going once a week, so it wasn't too demanding and I did my best while reporting my meals.     58 years old (♀) I'm really glad I came to this gym. The YAYOI coach in charge has a proven track record in tournaments, and his coaching is kind, thorough, and bright, making it a lot of fun. I am very happy that I was able to maintain a healthy diet while building muscle through proper dietary guidance, rather than excessive dietary restrictions, and that my health checkup numbers improved significantly. Since I am enjoying going there, my husband (62 years old) also wants to go there, so now we both go there. In 4 months, my weight went from 57.1kg to 52.1kg, and my body fat percentage, which I had been unable to lower for a long time, went from 32.8% to 27.7%. My husband also went from 66.5kg to 59.1kg and his body fat percentage from 21.6% to 19.2% in 4 months. I'm so impressed that even we, who are in the middle of nowhere, can do this much.
