A nice townhouse cafe. It's hard to tell what kind of shop it is from the outside, but if you make a reservation, you can get a massage, purchase the works on display, and take part in a monthly flower class. . The price is also reasonable, at 600 yen for a pot of hojicha + tea sweets. Ginger ale and lemonade are homemade, can be made hot, and are very delicious. Sometimes there are limited edition sweets, so it's a good idea to ask the shop owner.

One of the best cafes in Kyoto. If you are a person who seeks a relaxing time with themselves into an authentic Japanese setting with a humble view to reflect upon your own thoughts, this is the place to do it. Eri and her husband were wonderful hosts and I look forward to see them again once I returned in Kyoto. Arigato gozaimasu!

The matcha I drank while looking out at the garden at a Kyoto-style machiya cafe was very delicious. A few months ago, I stopped by Kobunsha, a Kyomachiya cafe with a gallery attached. I was a little nervous when I entered the machiya cafe, which is located behind a large noren curtain, but the owner was very friendly, so I felt at ease even though it was my first time. You can enjoy a relaxing time while enjoying a cup of matcha while looking at the works on display and the garden where you can feel the four seasons. It's a little hard to find because it's tucked away in a residential area, but Seimei Shrine is also nearby, so if you stop by during your sightseeing trip, you'll get a better feel of Kyoto.

(Translated by Google) I heard it for the first time. As the word of mouth says, the tea you have while looking at the beautiful garden will calm you down in an elegant time. It's a beautiful space with works by various artists on display. I would like to ask again because the host who serves me is a good talker and a detailed person. (Translated by Google) Kyomachiya cafe where you can enjoy flower petal mochi There is also a gallery, where you can appreciate wonderful Japanese tableware. We had the best New Year's time with white miso ozoni, flower petal mochi, and thin tea while looking out at the inner garden. It was very delicious Usucha is served in the tea room by the owner's son. The day before, I told him that I had bad knees and that it was difficult for me to sit in the seiza style. I am very happy to go to a wonderful shop 💕 It's a restaurant I want to bring my friends to.

(Translated by Google) It is a nice shop of Kyomachiya. I think it's good that the menu of delicious sweets and the closeness of the distance where you can easily talk with the shop owner or the craftsman who came by chance. I will come back to play. (Translated by Google) A Japanese cafe in a townhouse at the end of an alley, typical of Kyoto. While gazing at the garden in early winter, I had hojicha (roasted green tea) and camellia nerikiri. It was a luxurious time in a chartered state for one customer. It’s not just a place to have tea or coffee(sweet as well), but also a place where it feels like a home to me. It was my first time in Kyoto when I visited this place, now I came back to stay in this beautiful city. Nice Kyoto people are the most important reason for me to move here temporarily, and 宇野貴佳 the owner of this place and his wife are without a doubt the kindest people I have ever met in Kyoto.

(Translated by Google) It is a cafe where you take off your shoes and enter! It's a space that makes the most of the goodness of a Japanese-style room. ! The coffee had a bitter taste and was a great match for Japanese sweets! It seems that flower arrangement and tea parties are also held, so if you are interested, please come d(˙꒳˙* ) (Original) 靴を脱いで入るCafeです!

(Translated by Google) Can I come in first? I was a little confused, but when I went inside, a very friendly shopkeeper guided me. The homemade shiso juice had just the right amount of sweetness, and the color was beautiful like a jewel, and it was very delicious. My friend's iced coffee was also delicious with the scent of coffee beans at the end. The Aonori sweets served were also of good quality, and I was surprised at how delicious they were. When I asked the owner about recommended shops, he kindly told me, including the regulars. I'm really glad I came because Kyoto is the only place where I can have such stylish exchanges! I thought. Thank you very much for the wonderful time.

This is a cafe where you can experience an old Japanese house. You can sit on the tatami mats and calmly drink tea while looking out at the garden. It is not easy for travelers to enter old buildings in other countries, so it was nice to be able to experience Japanese culture firsthand. It is both an art gallery and a cafe, so you can enjoy paintings as well. The price was reasonable and the tea and dessert were delicious. The owner was very kind and told us various stories, so it was a very enjoyable time. (It would be good if you can speak a little Japanese.) He recommended a nearby restaurant that locals, not tourists, go to, so I had a delicious dinner. I plan to visit again when I go to Kyoto again.

While looking for a place to rest, I happened to see it on the map so I went there. It's quiet and cozy, and the atmosphere is the best! The owner was friendly and I ate the recommended menu, but the bitter matcha tea and sweet snack of the day were the best!! I plan to visit again. Thank you! Highly recommended!
