I'm kind of medium afraid of heights. As in "I close my eyes for especially scary escalators" afraid of heights? Even so, something about seeing Matsushima from the air really made me want to try this paragliding experience. For the first 30 seconds or so, I was scared, but Mr. Yamaya was pointing out all the things I could see, and for the rest of the flight I wasn't scared and it was absolutely amazing. It is totally worth it. If you feel scared, just take deep breaths and wait, you'll feel safe soon. There's an option to go further up (400 m) for an additional fee of a couple thousand yen on the day of. I took the original course. If you only have one opportunity to do this, I'd probably recommend taking the higher course, but if you live nearby like me, taking the lower one will give you a good excuse to go again later. I definitely plan to go again and take the higher option. I speak Japanese but it was also reassuring to know that I could use English if needed.

It's was so much fun.i like the feeling of flying and be able to see the beautiful miyagi from the sky! i recommend it !

Kazenooka paragliding is Amazing experience with a very nice instructor.I did the motor paragliding with instructor Yamayasan. The whole trip and team was great, very nice and helpful. First I was a little scared but then it was easier than I thought. If you haven't done it, do it, it's an awesome experience.

An absolutely amazing experience. I speak Japanese but the staff also were very helpful in using English to support me. I took the optional higher course and fully recommend it. The pilot pointed out all the sights we could see and even demonstrated the difference between the original course and the higher one. It really made a huge difference! If you're in the Matsushima area, please try it out!

Such a brilliant experience! Highly recommended. I was a bit scared at first but once I got on it was so much fun! The staff is really helpful and is clear with the explanation!

This is the first I tried out paragliding, and I found it really fun and safe. The view was beautiful. Normally you can go 500 meters, but there's an option to go up to 1000 meters for an additional charge. I did the latter and felt it was worth it.
